Can mail-ordered from the brewery. Underrated IPA. The aroma on this is solidly potent. I got some serious Simcoe goodness from this one right off the bat. Strong, dank herbal notes go right for my nose. This isn’t all that malty which allows the hops to do their thing. Clean, bitter citrus is evident like pineapple and grapefruit. Long, dry finish. Excellent IPA in a can. jmagnus87 (2912) - Rockford, Illinois, USA - JUL 24, 2012
12oz can poured into a tulip. From my Summer Secret Santa 2012. Thanks! Pours a clear burnt orange with about a finger of white head. Aroma of citrus and pine. Taste is medium bitter. Mostly pine with some citrus and grapefruit. Medium bodied with a slick texture. Lively carbonation and a long finish. Overall, great. I would gladly drink this again. smith4498 (3641) - Winter Springs, Florida, USA - JUL 26, 2012
12 oz can from a trade with Gription79. Pours pale golden orange color with off white head. Aromas of grapefruit rind and other citrus. Bitter grapefruit rind flavor with slightly maltiness. Medium body with average carbonation. Thanks Dallas. douglas88 (9057) - Portland, Oregon, USA - DEC 24, 2012
12 ounce can thanks to Dallas for the Christmas generosity. Pours a clear copper color with a large white head. A big grassy and fruity nose. A sweet dry flavor with oranges, light bitterness, pine, very fizzy, lingers quite bitter. Very good. jredmond (8204) - New York, New York, USA - JAN 9, 2013
Draft at blind tiger during jury duty. Pours a lightly hazy orange body with no head - some thin white lacing. Aroma is nice fresh simcoe, pine and citrus. Mouthfeel is light and soft, this could definitely serve as a sessionable IPA. Notes of light citrus, pine, light funk and very light bitterness.

Can @ fonefan berliner weisse, cream ale multistate tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are rich hops, grapefruit, peach, pine, malt and flowers. Nice and easy drinkable. beerbill (3616) - Laurel, New York, USA - JUL 4, 2013
On draught at the Mangy Moose Saloon in Teton Village. Arrived a clear gold with a moderate white head that lasted through mid-glass and left partial lace. Very pleasant aroma of grapefruit and orange. The flavor begins with a solid dose of malt followed by moderate citrus bitterness. Medium bodied. brokensail (16436) - Dublin, California, USA - OCT 6, 2013
On tap @ Sanford’s - Cheyenne. Slightly hazed golden pour with a white head. Big pineapple juice aroma, grapefruit, and pine. Some caramel sweetness and a touch of pine. Huge grapefruit flavor, pineapple, and pine. Grass, herbs, and caramel. Nice bitterness and subtle herbs on the finish. JStax (6357) - Devola/Marietta, Ohio, USA - OCT 25, 2013
12 ounce can thanks to bukeyeboy. Pours a semi-hazy copper with a big white head of foam. Very good retention. The aroma is effervescent fresh cut grass and grapefruit rind. Lighter crackery malt presence. Taste is more fruity, grassy bitterness that hits quick and then finishes mild. The finish on this is very quick. Really not much aftertaste is discernible either. pinkie (470) - New York, USA - NOV 2, 2013
UPDATED: NOV 3, 2013 Pours a golden orange with a slight chill haze. Bubbles rising up to greet the underbelly of a creamy head of white foam that fell off lazy and left rings of lace. The nose is bright orange, light tangerine, smooth pine. No malt scents until it warms and then it’s just a bit of honey. Has a little spice and herbal on the nose. Taste is completely unbalanced and delicious. Has a soft malt that carries this drink smooth and with prominent citrus. Touch of bread. Plenty of tangerine and grapefruit. Slick mouthfeel. Spice and pine finish this one semi dry with a bitter that is not too sharp.
Thanks Bill for the chance to try one of your favorites.
