On draught at the Mangy Moose Saloon in Teton Village. Arrived a clear gold with a moderate white head that lasted through mid-glass and left partial lace. Very pleasant aroma of grapefruit and orange. The flavor begins with a solid dose of malt followed by moderate citrus bitterness. Medium bodied. brokensail (16645) - Dublin, California, USA - OCT 6, 2013
On tap @ Sanford’s - Cheyenne. Slightly hazed golden pour with a white head. Big pineapple juice aroma, grapefruit, and pine. Some caramel sweetness and a touch of pine. Huge grapefruit flavor, pineapple, and pine. Grass, herbs, and caramel. Nice bitterness and subtle herbs on the finish. JStax (7175) - Devola/Marietta, Ohio, USA - OCT 25, 2013
12 ounce can thanks to bukeyeboy. Pours a semi-hazy copper with a big white head of foam. Very good retention. The aroma is effervescent fresh cut grass and grapefruit rind. Lighter crackery malt presence. Taste is more fruity, grassy bitterness that hits quick and then finishes mild. The finish on this is very quick. Really not much aftertaste is discernible either. pinkie (470) - New York, USA - NOV 2, 2013
UPDATED: NOV 3, 2013 Pours a golden orange with a slight chill haze. Bubbles rising up to greet the underbelly of a creamy head of white foam that fell off lazy and left rings of lace. The nose is bright orange, light tangerine, smooth pine. No malt scents until it warms and then it’s just a bit of honey. Has a little spice and herbal on the nose. Taste is completely unbalanced and delicious. Has a soft malt that carries this drink smooth and with prominent citrus. Touch of bread. Plenty of tangerine and grapefruit. Slick mouthfeel. Spice and pine finish this one semi dry with a bitter that is not too sharp. WVHouseofBeer (1106) - West Virginia, USA - JUN 2, 2014
Thanks Bill for the chance to try one of your favorites.
Excellent prototypical American IPA. Nice piney nose. Bitter grapefruit and citrus flavors balanced nicely with the slightly sweet malt backbone. Deep orange color. Medium bodied. Very good beer.

355 ml bottle. No freshness info. Thanks rosenbergh!bnokk (545) - Lee, Massachusetts, USA - JUL 25, 2015
Pours clear gloden color with a small head. Resinous hops and tropical fruits on the nose, pine. Quite bitter, very fruity with resinous hops, some caramel malts. Slick palate, leaves a oily layer in your mouth. Quite nice hoppy brew.
APPEARANCE ? golden color, very frothy blazingly white head.
NOSE ? fruity, somewhat tropical, hoppy notes.
FLAVOR ? nice tropical hop flavor comes through in the very beginning. Slightly bitterness as the sip ends.
NOTES ? solid IPA. Not particularly unique in the IPA market, but definitely enjoyable.

Can, thanks Russ! Citrus hop aroma with notes of tropical fruit and slight pine resiny hop aroma. Pours cloudy golden colored with a huge off white head that has excellent retention but poor lacing starts with tropical fruit hop sweetness with mild grapefruit citrus. Finishes dry, but quite smooth with grapefruit citrus coming to the forefront with slight pine resiny bitterness at the very end. Beerman6686 (6611) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 1, 2011
This poured a semi cloudy dark yellow to orange color with a beige head. Aroma was nice amounts of fruity citrusy hops with light biscuty malts there too. Finally an IPA’s taste lives up to its aroma, nice bitter fruit and light pine balanced slightly by sweeter biscuty caramel mlat. Very refreshing.
