Snake River Pale is an American pale ale. Golden in color, it is brewed with domestic malt and plenty of Cascade and Columbus hops. Dry-hopped with even more Cascades. It has a citrusy hop flavor which is followed by a crisp, firmly bitter finish.

Appearance: pours a 1" sudsy white head which recedes slowly with significant lacing. Color is a mostly clear golden-orange with plenty of carbonation present. Aroma: pleasant combination of floral and pine hop aromas with a sweet caramel bready malt. Mouthfeel: fairly light bodied with a slightly sticky mouthfeel. Finish is dry. Flavor: delicious combination of well balanced hops and malt. There is some floral, pine, and citrus from the hops. This is met with a sweet maltiness as well as some cracker flavor. It is easy to see why this ale is a multi-year medal winner at the GABF.

On tap at the brewpub in Jackson WY. Amber body with high clarity and a thin but durable white head. Inviting aroma with light hops and bready toasted grains.. Moderate strength flavor for style. Medium+ body.

12 ounce can from Brennan’s Brookfield. Hazy golden, large foamy white head, good retention. Weak aroma. Some earthy hops. Taste is pale malt, mild grain, caramel, leafy hops. Thin, mild lingering bitterness. This was packaged last November (bought last Thursday). Seems to have faded a bit.

Pours clear copper with a small white head. Smells crisp and hoppy. Taste is juicy, piney, bitter, and crisp. Medium-bodied with a smooth texture and average mouth-carbonation, Snake River Pale Ale finishes with a pleasant juiciness.

For a simple pale ale - this is a fine beer. Nothing crazy, but smooth and well balanced. Good

transparent gold, dense puffy white head, great lacing. Oily nose, dirty paper with dark grain. Light vegetal dms and overly carbonated / active yeast. Sweet corn mid palate, fizzy overall. Mess of a pale ale, errors all over.

Can at the main DC December gathering. Poured a golden yellow color with a small off-white head. Aroma was light citrus hops, with plenty of caramel notes, earthy finish. Light sweet malts, touch of very light floral notes.
