six pack bottle. murky tan body with a nice thick head. cotton candy like aroma. i had the first of the 6 after i drank an optimator, and i thought damn that optimator makes everything taste sweet after you drink it, so i didn’t take notes, but i was mistaken, this is a sweet beer too. malty plum fklavor , a bit of apple & diacetyl, but it works out alright. a bit drier on the finish but still has that apple note to it. the caramel taste here is great. a bit of oilyness on my tongue. i’ve gone through the whole 6 pack in the last week and i don’t regret the purchase. n49921 (108) - USA - AUG 12, 2007
On tap at the airport (JAC). Pours golden with a nice white head. Good lacing. Medium body. A bit of malt, but a nice bit of citrus/herbal hops flavor. Finished dry, with a bit of citrus taste. Drinkable, solid lager. Trev (2023) - Lakeville, Minnesota, USA - JUN 28, 2009
Copper colour with a thick tan head.
Aroma is sweet caramel and toasted malt, baking bread tones.
Flavour is nice smooth toasted malt, sweet caramel body, some fruitiness in the finish. A little bit of a sticky residue
Very nice though. brucebruce81 (391) - GUAM - JUN 21, 2012

Can pours clear amber with a thin tan head with good retetion. Not much nose, just a bit of bread and faint grass. Taste is slightly sweet malt, light bittering and grassy hops. A slight roast on the finish. Light thin body, I could see me pounding quite a few if I had more.

On tap at the Lake Hotel Restaurant in Yellowstone. Pour a cloudy, light brown color, with a small, beige head. The aroma is mild caramel, with some smooth earthy notes and cinnamon. Sweet and malty, with a bit of bitterness, lending it a smooth, balanced and easy flavor. Light to medium body, crisp, grainy, and clean. This is a solid Vienna lager, and well made. Nothing crazy, just goes down easily and pleasantly. Dredd (939) - Bentleigh, AUSTRALIA - JAN 19, 2014
Now when I look this up and it references this as a Vienna lager it makes sense. Nice slightly caramel aroma, nice malt sweetness and a balanced finish. Good job. stevoj (5041) - Boise, Idaho, USA - FEB 17, 2015
UPDATED: NOV 6, 2015 Huge foamy head on pour, Medium amber body, malt, caramel aroma. taste brings more sweet malt, toffee and caramel. Silky smooth body, mostly malt , abrupt finish. Re-rate 11/6/2015 bumping this up a bit for the style, nice caramel sweet malt body, but still finishes a bit flat
