On tap at St. Augustine’s, pours a clear copper golden with a small white head. Nose of muffled herbal hops and some fungal notes, almost like a British bitter or pale. Flavour sort of confirms this, bringing out fungal notes and herbal hops. There’s a pretty substantial astringency on the finish as well. Not my thing at all. fiulijn (20514) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - MAY 28, 2015
Draught at St. Augustine’s, VancouverFerris (15275) - Burnaby, British Columbia, CANADA - MAY 26, 2015
Light amber color, hazy, with compact head. Solid and smooth IPA, the malt profile is a bit cereally, the hop is a bit resiny. Either a bit old school, or not completely fresh.
But it’s a good beer.
Draft - Light grapefruit and some peel. Clear gold with a decent white head. Bitter, sweet and lots of Mandarin with a syrupy note. Not bad. Fatehunter (2567) - Corbett, Oregon, USA - MAR 27, 2015
Pours a half finger of head on a cloudy straw body.
The aroma is nil... maybe a little caramel.
The taste is a thicker bitterness, lots of malt and sweetness.
The texture is sticky.
Not that great as an IPA, it has an okay malty side though. Jerre (3391) - Waregem, BELGIUM - SEP 10, 2014
Thx tot Joris (from de Plukker), taste yesterday 09/09/’14 from bottle 50 cl. @ William’s Place.
Bit hazy amber color, with a offwhite head. Aroma: sweet, exotic fruits, malts, hops. Medium body. Taste: close to sunnyside up, hops, fruits, (softer than aroma) lightsweet, hopsbitterness.
Pleasant fruits hops very drinkable.

Draft at Chuck’s. From notes. Pours dark amber. Resinous aroma, backed up by caramel and bread. Taste: Light caramel sweetness, bitter pine finish that lasts. Medium body, creamy and oily texture. All around, not bad. harrymel (1551) - Spokane, Washington, USA - DEC 7, 2013
Pours like a brown ale almost - so dark. Sheet of light tan foam. Smells of english, almost winter warmer malts, some hops are there, but reserved. They smell tea/herbal. Taste is bitter with some herbal character and some cardboard. Flavor seems pretty one dimensional - bitter malt. Medium bodied with hi carb and a dry finish. Too bad, I’ve heard good things about this brewery.

Bottle... Poured amber/orange with a mild forming white-ish head. Nice retention. Ok IPA. Earthy and resinous and mild bittenrss. Some alcohol presence even with the low abv. Some citrus with mild fruitiness and esters. Some dryness towards the finish. asedzie (827) - San Francisco, California, USA - NOV 15, 2013
On tap at Hopvine Pub. Slight citrus and yeast in the aroma. Flavor is quite round with a light bitter finish. Hanuta06 (469) - Washington, USA - SEP 7, 2013
Serving: from tap at Snipes Mountain Microbrewery and Restaurant
Aroma: moderate, cat piss-like hoppy aroma.
Appearance: very small, white, initial head with fair lacing and fully diminishing longevity. Hazy, dark-yellow body.
Taste: moderately bitter initial flavor and moderately sour, citrusy finish with long duration.
Palate: medium body with dry texture and soft carbonation.
Overall: excellent. Great aroma, well-balanced unique taste. I’d like to drink this again.
