This lip-smacking dark ale is mellow and malty. The aroma is reminiscent of bittersweet dark chocolate and the caramel and roast malt flavors are exceptionally smooth. Medium bodied, with a slightly sweet edge but a dry finish.

Draft at the source. This is a decently roasty, medium bodied porter, fairly true to the London style.

Black color with compact head. A bit coffeish, a bit chocolatey, thin and rather dry, with light metallic finish.
Not exactly a Porter, not bad, but also not exciting.
