Very nice beer courtesy of LarryP. Well made and enjoyable, not an over the top rendition which is refreshing. Well balanced with hints of fruit among all the hop bitterness. Too bad so many brewers feel the need to be extreme instead of making well rounded, easy drinking beers like this.
22oz; Hazy mucky deep gold; big thick chunky head; peach, apricot, sour orange, wheat, cranberry; great balance, lovely lovely thick & tasty. JorgeLee (2116) - Greater London, ENGLAND - OCT 29, 2016
Bottle with Arun. First beer of the Seattle trip, and possibly the best! Nicely balanced, amber colour, some sweetness of malt and then lots of piney resiny hop bitterness with a long bitter finish. It’s not messing around this, but if you want a PNW IPA this is what it needs to look like. Imagine drinking this surrounded by all those trees looking at the falls... Location: 22 oz bottle obtained through Tavour
Appearance: Darker amber beer. firm head of off white bubbles that lingers.
Nose: Not a very strong but definite hint of pine and floral hops.
Taste: a balanced malt and hop presence pine and medium malt. Some lingering dry bitters on the finish.
Body: Medium and softer carbonation
Parting thoughts: Quite different than the anticipated hop bomb that IPA usually entails.

red gold pour aromatic herbal noble type hops, caramel, slight grassy. Tastes bitter, orange, bread not much flavor other than bitter Capa (3295) - Kitsap, Washington, USA - OCT 17, 2015
Copper with a firm, lasting off-white head. pleasant citrus with light caramel aroma. A nice soft hop bitterness that gives plenty of flavor and bitterness without being overwhelming. Dank (ugh, I hate that word but it fits here) and light citrus with a good dough and sweet malt base. Very enjoyable and expertly balanced IPA.

Excellent appearance with a huge foamy frothy thick head and a clear amber color. Barely any aroma. Flavor is malty hoppy with a lot of butterscotch. Very drinkable. luttonm (6273) - Seattle, Washington, USA - DEC 29, 2014
22oz in Seattle. Darker orange, white foam. Deep piney citrus, thick and sweet. Nice but not complex. nice to come back to one of the first beers that got me into NW craft beer. DinVT (30) - Vermont, USA - NOV 30, 2014
A decent, but not special, IPA. Considering this is WA, I had higher hopes. Nice lacing, and nothing dreadful here, but lacking in citrus overtones. Fine, but not special. poisoneddwarf (2511) - Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho, USA - OCT 17, 2014
Bomber bought at Super 1 in Rathdrum, ID. Aroma is perfumy, skunk bud, pine, cat piss, grapefruit. Pours clear copper with a thick off-white pillowy ice cream float head with excellent retention; leaves curtains of lace all the way down the glass. Taste is mostly bitter (one of the more bitter IPAs I’ve ever had) with not much malt sweetness to balance it out. Carbonation is high, mouthfeel is like sandpaper. Not bad, but it seems a little rough. Brevis (33) - Washington, USA - JUL 5, 2014
Home filled keg. A good solid nw style ipa. Not overly hoppy but a perfect mix of hop and barley.
