Golden with suds of head. A dry cheesy Apple character. Not bad.

7oz pour at Anxo, pours a dark gold with no head and light legs. Nose is nice, apples, apple juice, a little riesling, some mild spice. Flavor follows, apples and apple sauce, mild spice, a touch of toffee, a little butter. Missed the oak. Finishes lightly tannic and dry. GenDV138 (7229) - Falls Church, Virginia, USA - SEP 13, 2016
6 oz pour on draft at ANXO. Barrel aged. Clear golden orange with off-white ring. Aromas of apples, light oak. Tastes of light booze, apples, oak, stone fruit, light tartness. Light body with a dry finish. Travlr (24302) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - SEP 13, 2016
Draft at ANXO. Clear golden color, white edge head. Aroma of lightly funky fruit, tannins. Taste starts sweet, then soft tannins, lightly tart fruit. Tasty. Beerdrinker79 (2188) - Idaho, USA - JUN 26, 2016
750 ml bottle- Pours crystal clear honey golden with minimal crackly head that reduces immediately. Aroma is apples, floral, meadows. The taste is apples, vanilla, the oak wasn’t noticeable immediately, but is definitely there, especially as it warms, i know it’s not cedar, but for some reason i am thinking cedar, but never mind that. Vanilla, and some hard alcohol notes, that are definitely from the barrel. Cider fans will definitely love it, i really like it.

Tons of oak, nice tartness, and nice caramel notes. Very complex and balanced. Not too dry, not too sweet. Highly carbed. luttonm (6169) - Seattle, Washington, USA - SEP 15, 2015
BA version at Holy Mountain. Champagne yellow, tiny bubbles. Sweet, but good vanilla balance. Smooth, balanced. Lovely. Capa (3254) - Kitsap, Washington, USA - SEP 12, 2015
So, this is great cider. Powerful carbonation. Thin on the tongue. Refreshing tart apple, earth and light smoke, but just ever so faint. A refreshing sipper. andrewje41 (3763) - Kenmore, Washington, USA - APR 29, 2015
Draft pour at Special Brews. Listed as barrel aged, though it seems like it’s all the same. Pours a clear light gold color with a typical fresh apple aroma. It’s the flavor that makes this one stand out. Bold flavor of apple, berry, and grape. I feel like it has the barrel age feel to it, which adds a bit. Very refreshing, and overall an awesome cider. Loved it. after4ever (8025) - Mukilteo, Washington, USA - JAN 22, 2015
Draft at EBP. Rumor has it there is both a fresh and a BA version of this cider. The one I had was aged in Dry Fly whiskey barrels. Pours a crystal clear pale gold with no head or lace, a few rising bubbles here and there. Big sweet red apple nose with some vanilla and marshmallow showing as well. Creamy medium body with soft carb. Red apples, vanilla, and marshmallow on the mid palate as well. Mild sweetish finish. Very nice cider.
