July 14, 2013 - at the Rhino Summer Beer Festival 2013. Millet based! Pale yellow with a decent smallish white head. Slightly raw, grainy aroma - what I thought was wort might very well have been the millet - odd, slightly pungent, not all that bitter - smells a bit like a grain silo in August heat - interesting. Taste follows - like fresh mown wheat, a little grassy-bitter - simple but extremely clean - hint of "homebrew" to it, but neither sweet nor nasty. Chewy, average body, light on the carbonation - quick lightly grainy crisp finish. There should be more millet beers - this was interesting.

Pretty light pale ale. Pours cloudy orange with little head or lacing. Malty, slightly hoppy aroma. Finishes sour and bitter in equal parts. Low carbonation. Kind of homebrew aroma here. Tap at Session.

A hazed golden ale with a thin white head. In aroma, a rather strong grainy aroma, a bit unpleasant. In mouth, a chalky malt with grassy hops, so-so.

Rhino summer festival. Not bad for a gluten free, decent lingering bitterness. Nice start.

From notes, at the Rhino Summer Beer Fest. Pours a slightly cloudy amber copper with off-white head. Aroma of Malts and resiny hops. Lingering bitter aftertaste.

Draught at the Rhino Summer Beer Fest, Aug. 26. Pours a hazy copper with a small lasting frothy off-white head. Aroma of grain and light leafy hops. Somewhat odd, grainy and buttery flavour, along with peas and an average bitter finish. Average to medium bodied. An interesting beer, I didn’t love it but it’s good for a Gluten-free beer.
