UPDATED: JUL 7, 2006 Bottled. Pours medium amber in color. Overly carbonated. Mildly hoppy aroma along with a little bit of maltiness. Moderately bitter flavor. Very fizzy. A little metallic towards the finish.

Would you believe apricot aroma? Huge foamy head (and overflow). Hazy amber color. A few small chunks. This must have been bottled without pasteurization. Good. Next thing to bottle conditioned. Fizzy apricoty taste. Passes to pleasantly light hops. Might be thin, but hard to tell with the fizziness. Really different. Very nice.

A nice amber color. Poured slowly, but still had the largest head of a beer I’ve ever poured. Fruity, somewhat hoppy brew, but very easy drinking.

Hazy golden color. Fruity aroma (apricots). Malty taste, with a fruit touch. Not extremely complex but interesting. High bitterness, quite aromatic.

An orange beer with a lazing orange head. The aroma is hoppy and grassy, combined with some notes of caramel. And the flavor pretty much reflects the aroma.

Foamy white head, hazy orange body. Dominating fruit hoppy aroma of apple and orange with a soapy tone. Fruity flavor, pineapple and mango and some hoppy bitterness. Refreshing.

A nice ale from the Mother Lode area of California. Definitely a PNW hopped beer, a copper appearance with minimal head gives way to a fruity aroma. A very balanced beer that’s pretty tasty and still hopped a bit. Not bad.
