En meget vinøs og frugtagtig ale. God om sommeren da den passer godt til en god hjemmelavet frugt-kage

Flaske, Gylden brun farve med lille hvidt skumkrone. Let bitterhed og lille sødme.

Bottle @ home w parents. Appearance: pours cloudy amber with ok off-white soapy head and lacing. aroma/taste: caramel, light anise, spices, alcohol and lots of yeast notes. palette: medium to strong yeasty aroma, average carbonation, medium body, medium to notable sweetness, somewhat balanced by a low to medium bitterness, average duration and a watery texture. Overall: quite sweet and yeast dominated.

The foam is somewhat flimsy, but it certainly outweighed by the splendid aroma of malt, fruit and hop. Taste is sweet malty, very fruity and adjacent to the light vinous. Hop bitterness is merely a faint feeling, while the aftertaste is characterized by much fruit. It is somewhat difficult to distinguish the various fruit species in the yard, but my guess is plum and raisin.

Bottle. Clear amber body with a small offwhite head. Malty aroma with rubber, caramel, diacetyl. Malty taste, chocolate, diacetyl again, light alcohol note. Short sweet aftertaste. Disappointed with some clear faults here.

Bottle 500ml @ Geokkjer
Pours clear amber/brown with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel and hint of chocolate. Taste is medium to heavy sweet and light bitter with a long caramel finish. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Pours dark amber/light redish with a tanned head. Sweet malts. Again, my nose of blocked harder than my penis on a night out, so I will have to re-evaluate this when my cold stops.
