9 may 2014, bottle. Orange, clear, steady bubbles, really fizzy. Nose is honey and lemon. Med body and mildly fizzy. Peach hops and light granola malt. Meh.

Bottle from Whispering Tree: Aroma is empty and I’m unable to smell much of anything other than minor addition of hops. Liquid is a light brassy gold color and had a tiny formation of head. Flavor is bland and doesn’t have much going on yet there is a sweet buttery maple syrup taste of malts and a pinch of hops that balances this out perfectly. It reminds me of an English ESB style. 22oz bottle 4/24/13 (Binny’s Naperville Clearance Rack)-58° in Shaker-Pours a clear orangish amber with a big fluffy white head. Aroma of malt, citrus, and hops. Taste of hops, citrus, and malt, This medium bodied brew is not bad. wlajwl (7122) - Quad Cities, Iowa, USA - MAR 30, 2013
Aroma is citrus, tropical fruit/kiwi and sugar sweetness. The flavor is citrus, malts and a mix of sugar sweetness and smooth in the finish. BOLTZ7555 (3027) - Phoenix, Arizona, USA - MAR 24, 2013
Dark golden tangerine pour with a dense eggshell head. Aroma is quite subtle with light orange zest, mild evergreen, and sticky caramel. Definitely a more malt-forward pale with loads if honey-baked biscuit, graham cracker, and toffee. The citrus bitterness reappears in the end. Still quite drinkable and not at all offensive.

22oz bomber pours out with a near clear copper body with gold edges and supporting a thin off white head of foam. The aroma has some malt sweetness that creates a modest citrus hard candy sensation. I also get a touch of biscuit like malts. The taste has sweet malts, a bit of watery citrus and then a moderate degree of resin bitter hops. The flavors here don’t seem to go together all that great. jmohno (1670) - Iowa, USA - OCT 30, 2012

Buiscuit, light caramel, mild fruit citrus hops.Mineral and nothing at times.
Same in taste, citrusy /slight grassyfinish, has juiceyness/ fruit hoppiness in flavor, easy drinking somewhat sweet. .Seems more malt driven than a typical West coast pale ale. Something falls flat in the middle but this is decent.
A great fresh hop aroma with a bit of pine. This didn’t quite taste as great as the aroma but was still very solid. Smooth finish. A great start to this brewery. AmEricanbrew (7065) - Same Trailer, Different Park, Louisiana, USA - AUG 23, 2012
Clear amber color with lasting ivory sheen. Mild floral, dusty, pine, pale malt aromas. medium body. Subtle floral hoppy flavors in a pale malt base brew, nicely bitter finish--good
