On tap at O’Brien’s 3/26/13. Light golden color with a fine ring of white head. Nice floral aroma with peppercorn and light citrus. Crisp straightforward flavor with grass, citrus and peppery bitterness. Almost no residual sweetness, very simple and easy to drink. Sessionable!
Draft at Societe. Neon, glowing, low-haze straw color with big foam and perfect lace. Awesome fresh pomelo and lime nose. Refreshing lighter body with medium grassy bitterness ending a bit too dry for me, but that’s Societe’s signature thing that is a nice break from chewy IPAs. bytemesis (8226) - Sunnyvale, California, USA - MAR 5, 2016
Tap. Pours hazy pale golden, medium white head, creamy, decent lacing. Aroma is pine, grapefruit, kiwi(!), lemon zest. Flavor is light sweet, light plus bitter. Light body, creamy mouthfeel. Good showcase for not my favorite solo hop. Marheb (5717) - San Diego, California, USA - FEB 21, 2016
Pours a hazy, pale golden yellow color with a two finger frothy, pillowy white head. Excellent retention, only slowly settling into a thick cap and lasting ring. Streaks and chunks of soapy lacing left behind.
Floral grassy hop aroma with straw, dank buds and pine needle along with strong citrus/tropical fruit notes and pale malt. Lots of grapefruit, pineapple and orange peel followed by biscuit and crackery malt. Pretty dank/resinous.
Fuller bodied than expected with a slightly creamy texture. Crisp hop bite with dry, sticky bitterness up front lingering over the sweet fruit notes and pale malt backbone into a dry finish. Grassy with pine needle and dank buds countered by bread biscuit and a dry crackery character. Citrus/tropical fruit presence isn’t as strong as in the nose. Just faintly there adding subtle sweetness. Still, this beer is light, well balanced and easy to drink. dreadnord (1012) - San Diego, California, USA - APR 17, 2013
Pours pale yellow with a thin white head. The nose is pineapple, grapefruit, hay and resin. The taste is high sweet and high bitter, nice balance all the way through. The texture is crisp and clean, body is light and finish is long.

Clear golden pour with a white head. Floral and citrus hop aroma. Lots of orange, lemon, and grapefruit. Some pine notes, a hint of earth, and some sweet bread. Big floral, orange, and grapefruit hop flavor, as well. Notes of lemon and pine on the finish. Dry and moderately bitter. skmikeg (1826) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 24, 2013
Pours a light orange-yellow with a one finger white head with nice lacing. Aroma is very citrusy with a lot of grapefruit, orange, lemon, also has a little pine, and some light sweet malts. Taste is of citrus peel (lemon, orange, and grapefruit), some pine, tropical fruits, and some sweet malts. Has a medium body with a slighty creamy and slighty watery mouthfeel and a dry, moderately bitter, medium finish. Overall, a tasty single hop IPA that shows off the Cascade hop nicely.
