Draft. Aroma of freshly cut-open orange. Dense lace Flavor follows nose, with some moderate chocolate in the malt. Not complicated, but damn good. MetalNHopHead (2127) - Lincoln, Nebraska, USA - JUL 10, 2017
Societe makes some of the tastiest IPA’s in a city that brews an insane amount of them. Pour is yellow and partially hazy. Vibrant tropical aromatics with a hint of dank garlic and onion spiciness in the background. Flavor is juicy, piney, and leafy. Pineapple, mango, guava, papaya, wet pine needles, and tea. Oily feel. Amazing stuff. deyholla (12031) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - JUN 17, 2017

On tap at Societe, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lightly dank herbal hops and toasted biscuity malt. Flavour is expressive on the herbal and floral hops upfront, backed with biscuity malt. Nicely balanced, with a dry, floral finish. Really nice IPA. djd07 (15342) - Houston, Texas, USA - JAN 3, 2017

May 9th, 2014 - Societe’s Dandy is anything but, a frat house buddy more than anything. Murky and yellow, it looks dandy enough, but the aroma smells like body odor trapped in a greenhouse, botanical and feral and just a little stinky, as if a hop cone had just returned from the gym, unshowered and proud. The flavor is a little sweeter, but still like honey dipped gym socks, and desperate for another layer of honey. A low carbonation lets the drinker catch every nuance of the socks too. It really isn’t bad, but it is decidedly weird, and not for the faint of heart.
