May 9th, 2014 - I started with the Harlot, and moving on now to the Debutante, we get darker and sweeter at a quick pace. Murky and hazy, its the color of a milk chocolate bar, or cold brew coffee, with a thin halo of soft foam leftover. The aroma barely ekes out of the sample glass, but I glean a dark sweetness, redolent of graham cracker and molasses, but also a fresh airiness. The palate is low and sudsy, with a Belgian yeast sweetness, and a long, slightly caramel aftertaste reminiscent of an ESB. Cinnamon is more pronounced in the aftertaste, where the first sip features a hoppier bitterness and pils touch.

(En ft la brasserie): Tout juste entre un bonbon lrable et une marmelade de fruits oranges. Lquilibre esters-sucres est trs plaisant, la texture arienne, confortable et la finale amre comme un pamplemousse.

Pours a hazy golden brown on tap with thin off-white head that leaves moderate lace. Aroma of nice Belgian esters, spicy and fruity. Taste is more malty and less estery, a nice fruity hop note on the back end as well. Pretty nice.

On tap at the brewery. It pours an amber color with an off white head. The aroma is dry and toasted with some light raisin and dark fruit. The flavor is the same. Toasted with some light doughy bread and plum fruit. Medium bodied. Just ok.
