The Debutante is a damn approachable Belgian Ale thanks to its fruity, syrupy, and malty character. Amber-brown color. Toasted grains and fruit starch on the nose. Apricot, fig, and date flavors with lingering candy-like sweetness and yeast funk. Rich, full-bodied, and warm but not heavy. Hell, Societe seems to have a handle on any of the styles. deyholla (12038) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - JUN 17, 2017
Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear earthy amber with a light brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of bread notes with some grass and grain backing. Flavor combines bread and sweet grains with a growing Belgian yeast notes that supporting. Travlr (25876) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - MAY 21, 2017

May 9th, 2014 - I started with the Harlot, and moving on now to the Debutante, we get darker and sweeter at a quick pace. Murky and hazy, it’s the color of a milk chocolate bar, or cold brew coffee, with a thin halo of soft foam leftover. The aroma barely ekes out of the sample glass, but I glean a dark sweetness, redolent of graham cracker and molasses, but also a fresh airiness. The palate is low and sudsy, with a Belgian yeast sweetness, and a long, slightly caramel aftertaste reminiscent of an ESB. Cinnamon is more pronounced in the aftertaste, where the first sip features a hoppier bitterness and pils touch. Marheb (6051) - San Diego, California, USA - FEB 21, 2016
Pours a hazy golden brown on tap with thin off-white head that leaves moderate lace. Aroma of nice Belgian esters, spicy and fruity. Taste is more malty and less estery, a nice fruity hop note on the back end as well. Pretty nice. blipp (9599) - La Mesa, California, USA - NOV 15, 2015
Draft. Pours amber with an off white head. Some apricot like fruity notes, mild spicy yeast, and a nice quick dry finish. Pretty good.
