Tap @ brewery. Amber color with a scattering of white foam for a head. Aroma is clove, pepper, spice, and minimal malt sweetness. Flavor is clove with pepper and spices and some light malt sweetness. Clean finish. Quite a bit of complexity and restraint in a clean, somewhat dry package. I really enjoyed this beer.
Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear earthy amber with a light brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of bread notes with some grass and grain backing. Draught at the brewery. Pours clear dark amber with a medium, creamy beige head, short retention with excellent lacing. Aroma is moderate toast malt with light figs and dates, and earthy hops. Flavor is moderate toast malt, light cherry esters, light earthy hops and bitterness, dates and figs with a sweet finish. Medium-full body and medium carbonation. On tap at Final Gravity. Pours Dark gold with a decent off-white head and a fruity aroma. There is acmedium-bodied pale malt flavor with some fruity yeast ester and a dry finish.

May 9th, 2014 - I started with the Harlot, and moving on now to the Debutante, we get darker and sweeter at a quick pace. Murky and hazy, it’s the color of a milk chocolate bar, or cold brew coffee, with a thin halo of soft foam leftover. The aroma barely ekes out of the sample glass, but I glean a dark sweetness, redolent of graham cracker and molasses, but also a fresh airiness. The palate is low and sudsy, with a Belgian yeast sweetness, and a long, slightly caramel aftertaste reminiscent of an ESB. Draft at O’Brien’s. Malty and yeasty bready goodness. Not super floral but somewhat fruity. I liked it.
