One of the memorable beers I had during a whirlwind tour of SD breweries with t0rin0. Clear with a nice white head. Crisp earthy hops and Belgian spices. Refreshing and nice.

Poured a clear gold with a lasting white head. Aromas of straw, fruitiness, yeast and spice. Palate was medium bodied and crisp with a dry finish. Flavors of straw, spice, yeast and light fruitiness with a crisp dry lingering spiced finish.

BOSSbrewer (2705) - Arkansas, USA - NOV 19, 2014
On tap at The Hopping Pig in San Diego. Pours a clear golden yellow with a fluffy white head. Aroma is slight floral. But flavor has some floral and then turns to Chinese take out. Very odd. Almost like fried fish. Very strange. Finishes clean. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap at the brewery. Clear light yellow pour with a white head. Grass and hay bouquet. Hay and the Belgian yeast kinda overrun the hop notes. Average body and mouthfeel.

Sampled at GABF 2014 with Andrew, Mel and David. Pours a light golden body wiht white head. Aroma is yeast, spice, banana, clove, hay and wheat. Mouthfeel is medium with bright spice and flavors of banana, clove, sweet fruit and bright yeast. Too much belgian spice in this one, I’ll stick to the dank IPAs.

On tap at The Local in San Diego. Pours a bright hazy yellow with fluffy white head. Nose is heavy yeast, spice, light banana and some citrus. Taste is yeast, banana, slight spice. Possibly a little too high carbonation. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Steve_0 (3745) - Denver, Colorado, USA - OCT 9, 2014
Sampled on Tap at GABF 2014. Pour is clear lemon with a frothy white head and great lacing. Heavy phenolic, grass, some white pepper, coriander, biscuit, basil, and lemony aroma. Taste is straw, phenolic, black pepper, Belgian yeasty, banana, and oranges with a medium bitter finish. Medium body with high carbonation. OK, but nothing like some of their other offerings.

Ibrew2or3 (8607) - Tempe, Arizona, USA - OCT 8, 2014
Poured up on tap at the brewery where it exhibits a nice clear gold body that supports a thin off white head. The modest aroma offers up kind of punchy notes like a sharp apricot and lime mixture that gets into a nice little malt graininess at the end of the draw. The taste starts with a little bit of grainy malt sweetness and then sort of slightly tart peach and apricot and maybe a little bit of a pear note going on. This finishes with a pleasing sort of grainy maltiness that is in contrast to the brighter, slightly tart fruitiness.
