"Fairly standard session belgian. Nice on a hot summer day. Dry, light and fruity with a bot of breadiness and peppery spice on the back end. Light fruit and yeast in the nose." RedSox2004 (1890) - Pacific Palisades, California, USA - JUN 29, 2014
Clear gold with a fluffy white head and very nice lace. Aromas of yeast, citrus, banana and bread. Sweet bready malt up front, accompanied by flowery hops and yeast. Medium body, lively carbonation, prickly but creamy mouthfeel and a lingering tropical fruit sweetness in the finish. BlackHaddock (7329) - Shropshire, ENGLAND - MAY 22, 2014
19th March 2014, San Diego’s old Fish Market Bar, sat on the terrace facing the bay sunning ourselves. One of five beers that we took during a leisurely afternoon. Clear, almost straw blonde in colour with a white covering for a head. Mild citrus front to the nose and taste, obviously an American take on a Belgian Ale because it tastes nothing like what I was expecting (being a Brit who visits Belgium on a regular basis). I did however enjoy it, some hints of yeastiness within the flavours made it semi-interesting and I found it easy to drink while watching the water lap against the shore. rlgk (18850) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - APR 14, 2014

This Belgian ale had a very distinct West Coast feel. Unlike the dry texture of those in Europe this one hides a delayed bitterness. Just thinking about it again makes my mouth water.
Aroma / Appearance - The carbonated golden base shimmers with life. Light honey, cereal grains, candy sugar, and a fresh airy feel are open and fit in well with the nice weather. This does not have much depth but what is present works to maximum effect.
Flavor / Palate - Golden crisp, honey, and cotton candy rise from the tongue to fill the mouth with freshness. The fabric softener finish tickles the throat. If it were a bit lower ABV then this would make a great session beer. As it is two or three pints would be a great way to spend an evening.
Good beer. Very drinkable with good balance. Nothing really stands out though. Lazy rating. jkwalking05 (4735) - Arlington, Texas, USA - MAR 1, 2014

Draught at City Beer in San Francisco. Has a restrained aroma of cereal grains. An enjoyable representation of the style. Typical sweetness along with Belgian yeastiness.
Flavourful and very quaffable.
