COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our Belgian Tripel, where our brewers used nearly 3x the pale and Munich malts of a simple Belgian ale. Hazy copper color, it has a banana, clove nose with a sweet and spicy finish. Transferred to an Indian Creek chardonnay barrel, adding 50 lbs of local peaches to age. The result is an aromatic, spicy, peachy Belgian with earthy and woody notes.

New to Reno and the first keg is a butter bomb. Some sour peach and tripel aspects as well, but a poor attempt. Not something I wanted to finish. At least the proprietors knew it was off and comped a sample.
