Lots of grapefruit and floral notes on the nose. Very citrusy. Some light sweetness underneath. Golden amber pour, lots of lace and a decent creamy head. Citrus - grapefruit, a good deal of this. Some floral notes. Soft malts add balance, but this is a fantastic hoppy drinkable ipa. I could only imagine if this were right off tap. 1 month old growler, but still awesome.

12 oz. can from Buckeyeboy. Thanks again! This one pours a rather dark golden orange with a stable off white head. The aroma is a good, standard piney, grapefruit, hints of caramel IPA. The flavor is the same. Good body, not too much caramel malt. Solid bitterness. Summer fruit, pine strong finish. Nice one.

12 ounce can thanks to buckeyeboy. Thanks! Pours a hazed copper with a big white head of foam. Aroma is herbal and citrussy. Smells really nice. Some pine bitterness comes out in the taste and really dries the beer out. The aroma is where this beer really shines.

UPDATED: JAN 5, 2004 Wow! This is a great IPA. FULL of hops. Aroma is all about hops. Pours a misty orange color with just the right amount of head. Lacing stayed on the glass all the way to the end. I had this from the tap at the brewery and from a growler I took home. Flavor is very well rounded in this beer. Full of hops like an IPA should with a sweet, somewhat fruity finish. Very refreshing on the palate, not too dry, but not too think. One of the best IPAs I've had, and it's at a local brewery!
