This medal winning India Pale Ale is brewed in the true Northwest fashion. It has an intense hop flavor and aroma with a dry bitter finish. It definitely has enough hops to "send you over the edge."

355ml can. Canned 07/2017. Big thanks to Euphemos for this one! Pours amber in color with a thick white head. Caramel malty nose, canned fruity with strong piny notes. Flavor has caramel sweetness, malts, hops, pine, massive bitterness in finish. Not very fresh anymore. My first from Idaho!

12 oz can poured into a pint glass. A well balanced IPA that serves the purpose. Doesn't taste like the 100 IBU suggests it might. This is to say, it's not an IPA that burns your tonsils right out of your mouth. It's a great thing that I have have a case of this beer!

3.2
DenverLogan (1264) - North Bend, Washington, USA - OCT 17, 2017
Picked up a 6-pack in Boise, ID. Pours amber with head and lace. Aroma of grains, pale malt, grassy hops. Significant carbonation and mouthfeel. Flavors of bitter hops, pale malt, bitter roots. Overall rich and bitter, but not especially smooth or tasty.

Light aromas of cereal and lemon. Nice and bitter, finishes dry, oranges, lemon, tangerine, some scrubby pine and a plain backing malt.

3.6
natejgood (528) - Bozeman, Montana, USA - JUL 8, 2017
Pours a darkish golden orange with a nice sized head that is also slightly orange. The beer is hazy in the glass. Between the head, the color and the hazy completion this beer looks like it has good body. Aroma of tropical fruits and a slight amount of molasses and caramel. The molasses and caramel comes through in the flavor, backed up by a decent hop punch. Not exactly crisp in the mouth, but not overly thick either.

3.2
chinchill (5318) - South Carolina, USA - JUN 9, 2017
On tap in Boise. Cleat copper body with a good head. Medium - full, crisp body. Moderate strength and bitterness for style. Piney and grassy but not fruity.
