Back log entry on draft at bittercreek Boise. Pours out a copper topped with a small sand head. Nose is Citrus hops some pine wood and a gin. Taste is more of the pine Citrus Hops and the gin. JohnGalt1 (1721) - Boise, Idaho, USA - FEB 2, 2015
Very hazy light brown... Thin white head.. No retention or lacing... Nose shows big bitterness/still balanced maltiness.. but little in the way of gin botanicals or barrel aging.. very flimsy brew... I guess I see what was going on here, hoppy but nothing that would take away from the original DIPA, still this doesn’t seem like a DIPA at all.. and certainly doesn’t exhibit enough BA character to jump up the queue.. Only okay. pinkzambia (2124) - Boise, Idaho, USA - DEC 30, 2014
Tap: murky brownish copper with an off white head. Sweet aroma of liquor soaked wood, coconut?, almost musty hops, alcohol. Complex Flavors - hops, alcohol sweetness, gin hints, and definite dry hops. Thick feel and tasty. IndianaRed (5294) - Boise, Idaho, USA - DEC 30, 2014
On tap at the new BP location. Murky light tan with a small fleeting off white head. Big sweet fruity woody aroma and flavors. Ciders a bit and very resinous and think with hop flavors and woody sweetness. Big and brash and "Hopnoxious"
