3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Batch 5, lagom sötma hyfsad kropp, en försiktig beska. Bra stabil ipa, men inget som skänker eftertanke. Bättre än Nils Oscars ipa.

Quite awful. Smell is ok, but not great. Then the taste has a weird artificial bitterness. Dumped it. AnG_BrgNor (719) - Bergen, NORWAY - JUL 21, 2016
Bottle. Amber with lasting white head. Aroma is ok with pine, sweet malt, citrus and some fruit. Taste is way to harsh and bitter for me. Pine and malt present, but the harsh bitterness dominates to much. No hops in the taste. Gangstergafje (1142) - Capelle aan den IJssel, NETHERLANDS - JUN 7, 2016
The beer has rather reddish amber color. The beer is crystal clear. Only very few bubbles can be seen rising towards the top. The foam is rough and has a slightly yellow brown tint. The bulk of the foam collapses, to leave a thin drape only. The smell is very nice. It’s that typical IPA smell. There are strong hoppy aromas. There are aromas of citrus fruits and zest. The smell is very fresh and fruity. I also smell some malts. The malts have a little salty smokey aroma. This is very nice in combination with the bittersweet hop aromas. The smell is in very good balance. The taste is also very nice. There are strong hop flavors of citrus fruits and some grassy touches, The malts are clearly present in the taste. They are lovely. There are some biscuity flavors, toasty and a bit salty. It’s very nice. I think they must use some roasted barley. This malt flavor is a great combination with the hops. Bittersweet and slightly sour hops are combined with bitter and slightly salt malts. This gives the beer a lovely taste balance. The palate of the beer is nice. The bubbles are nice and tingly. They are a bit small though. All in all, a nice IPA with a malty twist. Ungstrup (37661) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - MAR 29, 2016
Draft. An amber beer with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of straw, malt, caramel, and hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, malt, caramel, and hops, leading to a bitter finish. Jorn69 (3159) - Ängelholm, SWEDEN - FEB 12, 2016

Pours copper with a good amount of foam. Characteristics: Mostly malty, with some notes of tropical fruits and hops. Nice aftertaste, but lacking in hops in my opinion. Would have preferred a more hoppy and fresher ipa. jinroh (1600) - ESTONIA - JAN 24, 2016
Got to remove this bottle from my luggage at the airport to adjust the weight, so drinking this secretly at a cafe, in a hurry. Pours nice amber, clear and beautiful beige head. Does look maybe more like a British IPA, definitely caressing my eyes. Aroma is strongly malt-based, earthy and some caramel also there. IPA hoppy character is coming through from the nose that has some ripen tropical fruits. Taste displays also strong caramelly malt backbone, compete with some fruit sweetness. Bitter hops kick in also but overall, quite lenient and simple British-style IPA. Frodan (8) - Sigtuna, SWEDEN - JAN 9, 2016 does not count

Bottle 33 cl. Pours amber with a slight haze and a small off-white head. Neat peachy aroma, some burned caramel. Hops are a little grasy tho. Solid malty body, quite caramellish. Again nice peachy features and a rather bitter finish. Solid enough old-style US IPA. Would’ve loved the hops somewhat fresher. 261115 dnicolaescu (2569) - Chișinău, MOLDOVA - NOV 6, 2015
BOTTLE 33 CL. Hazy amber-red, white head. The aroma is fine - citrus sweet oranges and a touch of pine. The taste starts quite sweet and fruity, and finishes brutally bitter and unbalanced. Still, drinkable.
