Clear medium amber color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, mazipan mass, dark berry, brown sugar, dark honey, toffee notes, light alcohol. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, spicy, caramel. Body is light to medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft.

Draft. A hazy amber beer with a disappearing orange head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of spices and caramel, the spices include a light note of coriander. Bottled. Amber colour with mediumsized fluffy slightly off-white head which leaves some slight lace. Aroma is caramel malty, nuttyness, some dark dry fruits, burnt sugar as well as some slight sap as well. Flavour is sweet malts, some dark dry fruits, mild raisins, some spices, mild wood as well as some dark dry fruits. Smooth.

Hazy nut brown color, small steady creamy beige head. Dark fruity - plum - aroma with light grainy notes. Caramelly, plums and kandy sugar. Some alcohol and yeast. A bit raw, propably needs some cellaring.
