Bottled. A dark amber beer with an orangey head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of hops and caramel. The flavor is spicy - clearly from US hops, combined with notes of caramel and a touch of cinnamon, leading to a very bitter finish. joergen (28142) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - SEP 23, 2008

++Bottled at European Beer Festival, Copenhagen.++ Nut brown. Licorice and grapefruit up front. Dryish with dense mouthfeel. Some doughy malt supports the rich amounts of hops, which apaprt from grapefruit also gives salty licorice. Very bitter finish. Papsoe (25063) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - AUG 3, 2008

Hazy dark amber color. It has a quite strong aroma of fruity American hops and some caramel, reminding, e.g., some Stone beers. It has a good body strength, quite round, with a powerful caramel flavor, the necessary sugars, and an excellent hopping, very fruity (citrusy) and quite resiny. Of course, strong final. Excellent.
