Draught at the brewpub
Black color, with beige head. Aroma of roasted malt and ashes. Dry mouthfeel, flavor of roasted malts, luckily not too aggressive, but still with too much afterflavor of burnt stuff.
Balanced, midway between Schwarzbier and Stout.
