8th May 2010. Copenhagen Beer Festival. End of evening beer notes! Hazy dark amber beer. Very crisp and light. That’s about it - I found this beer to be all palate and very little flavour.

Papsoe (25059) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - OCT 14, 2008

Very hazy orange color, off-white head. Coriander and clove in the spicey aroma. Sour, acidic ... so infected. Spices are dominant: coriander etc. Some pine needle too. To be re-rated. (6/3/5/3/10 2.7).
Re-rated, new keg: Sweetish, a bit acidic. Spicey clove flavor. (6/3/7/3/13 3.2)
