Barbarossa, CDMX. Bottle. Lacing white cream and darker brown orange body. Sweet, sticky malt aroma with a fairly thick, creamy body. Quite malty, not much fresh hops, modest bitter after a pretty sweet malt forward body. Not terrible but not memorable either.

Some citrus but mostly just your basic IPA. Amber orange pour with ok head. Some malt and decent bitter finish. Bottle from random store in D.F.

Bottle, 355ml. A cloudy amber beer with a medium size foamy head and some sediments. It has a floral aroma with grapefruit, wheat and bread. Taste is bitter and at the end it reminds me of bread or even cookie dough. There is some carbonation and astringency. A decent IPA. Esay to find in Mexico City and not very expensive.

UPDATED: NOV 18, 2016 Bottle, 355ml. Pours a deep golden/amber that looks very much alive., with a foamy offwhite head. Aroma is dominated by citric hoppiness, smells promising! Very smooth and drinkable, with a strong bitter finish. Decent IPA.

Bottled at Kitchen 6, Roma, Mexico City. Cloudy amber, rich head, some sediment. Light perfumy mango and citrus aroma. Fairly sweet with medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Fruity and caramelly with some minerals and some tropical fruit hops. Resiny bitter finish. Nice, relaxed malt, pleasant albeit a bit shy hops, but also slight yeast and resin roughness.

Hazy orange. Hops and caramel in aroma. Hoppy taste that raises in the finish, not a bad one. Doesn’t taste it’s 6.4 abv.

Fair bitterness, which would be the most important value to consider, given it is an IPA. Decent head, citric notes, not malty, not corny, and thats all it needs. Colour and arome closer to a heffeweizen, but still in the range. Great bottle design by the way. Not close to what an internationally renowned IPA could be, but decent enough for the standars.
