COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Bottle, 70cl. Pours a nice, hazy orange body with a white head. Grainy, quite sweetish nose with candy and fruits. Sugary flavor, in a nice way that is, with a grainyness, also in a nice way, and a subdued hoppyness and fruityness. Full body and a long finish with sugar, grains, hops and fruits. Another great friend from Søkildegaard. (071228)

Bottle. [thank you, Myrup!]
Pours a very beautiful clear golden orange with a small to medium bubbly white head. Fizzes away rather fast. Aroma is very floral and with some sweet grapes. The yeast is also rather apparent. Lively mouthfeel and medium palate. Flavour is malty sweet, a good dose of sweetish grapes and a floral bitterness at the finish. A bit like a Saison actually, with a slight pepperiness in it as well.

(Bottle 70 cl) Slightly hazy golden with some tiny impurities and an off-white head. Fruity and floral nose with a whiff of yeast. Medium-bodied dominated by distinctly sweet, pale malts and again some floral notes. Subdued bitterness. Nice. 301107

Bottled. An unclear golden beer with gunk floating around under a huge light orange head. The aroma is sweet combined with an acidity and notes of malt and citrus. The flavor is sweet again combined with an acidity and notes of spices and peaches as well as light notes of caramel, leading to a dry spicy finish. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.

#18 [Blind tasting session @ Papsoe 30-11-2007] Average fizzy white head that mostly diminished. Fair display of lacework. Cloudy golden color. Light particles in flow. Grain, citrus, caramel, fruit. Over the palate some spice and hint of sour notes. Medium bodied with an average carbonation and light alcoholic texture. A bit like a Tripel. Moderated sweet flavor with light acidic notes. Spicy sweet and light warming alcoholic finish.
