Nose is a candi sugar covered hop cone. Light pine but mostly citrus. Light white wine character. Taste is initially sweet then shows off some more orange marmalade and sherbet character. A tad sweet for my taste but still very good. Could dry out more in the finish. hombrepalo (1971) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JUL 20, 2015
12oz pour at Kuma’s Corner. Very hazy amber beer with a big off white head. Palate is light and airy. Sweetish malt base with a trace of caramel. The hops are light but flavorsome. Sweet pine with a mild citrus. Finishes light with mellow bitterness. Light and drinkable. tmoreau (4365) - Lombard, Illinois, USA - JUL 10, 2015
On tap at Pinstripes Bistro, Bowling, & Bocce in Oakbrook, IL. dispensed to a tulip displaying a clear & bright golden color, with good persistence to the fluffy, cream toned head foam, and also to the wavy, curtainy lacing. The nose was expressive grapefruit, some tropical scent, lightly dank, with a bit of resin. The taste was like notes, plus a pronounced & very lingering, citrusy, earthy, and rind-like bitterness, with some malty creaminess to the mouthfeel, and decent effervescence that both advanced the body past medium. A solid Belgian IPA. Vir4030 (603) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JUL 8, 2015
Pours an amber Orange on tap at lady Gregory’s. Head is thick and creamy, aroma is a bit sweet with Apple. Flavor follows slightly but more earthy with a bit of roasting but it compliments the flavor well. rumproasts (5359) - Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA - JUN 26, 2015
Tap at brewery. Deep golden orange with one finger head. Medium body with big fruity hops. Light Belgian yeast with a dry finish.

This is very much a Belgian IPA, and their description belies the truth of the matter, a piney citrusy beer. Eh. It’s a’wight, you know what I’m saying. It’ll do in a pinch. Had it at Owen & Engine. marcus (10222) - Sacramento, California, USA - MAY 2, 2015
On tap at Apex. Pours cloudy golden with a foamy white head and a fruity citrus aroma. There is a hearty pale malt flavor with a little banana ester and a bitter hoppy finish. Sarlacc83 (2287) - Portland, Oregon, USA - APR 17, 2015
Tap at Apex for Gigantic and Friends
A: Clear orange color, white head, and good lacing.
N: Esters, biscuit, pine, peppercorn, stale bark, not overly complex.
T: Deeply bitter, bready sweetness.
M: Medium body, alcohol content is hidden, tickling carbonation.
O: Decent IPA which doesn’t really showcase the Belgian yeast, in my opinion. nuplastikk (6275) - Madison, Wisconsin, USA - APR 3, 2015
Tap at Solemn Oath. Unfilered orange-copper body. Thin white head. Sweet yeasty notes in the aroma. Pretty much one of the better Belgian IPAs I’ve had recently/ Full bodied but drinkable. Serious hop depth, from dry to fruity. Pretty straightforward despite the above average hop additions. Soapy, biting yeast. aumentm (452) - North Carolina, USA - MAR 12, 2015
tremendous. Hits your mouth like a bolt of lightning. Thought it was fresh and new and dance around your tongue.
