Had on tap at Wild Monk in Lagrange. Served in a shaker pint.
A: Pours a hazy golden yellow color with a creamy white head forming on the pour. It recedes to a thin cap and ring that leaves nice sheets of lace down the glass.
S: Coriander and belgian yeast notes up front. Fruity esters and some sweet citrus notes are present as well and some raw wheat rounds it out.
T: More fruity esters from the yeast are up front with a mild citrus peel, some cracked wheat and pale malt sweetness sits in the periphery.
M: Light bodied with nice carbonation. The finish is smooth and sweet and the drinkability is great.
O: Highly drinkable and delicious. The flavors wont beat you over the head, but they’re there in appropriate amounts. I really enjoyed this beer and will definitely revisit in the future.

On draft at brewery, poured a pale yellow color, aromas of light vanilla, wheat, light spice, and some light citrus. Flaovrs are the same, real nice beer overall.

Sampled several times at the brewpub and just now getting around to rating it. It’s nice having this place just down the street from my work. Pours a pale yellow with a thick white head. Aroma of wit spice, vanilla, and belgian yeast. Flavor is dry, showcasing the yeast and belgian spice. Mild lemon, some coriander, strong pepper and fruit. Light bodied, strong carbonation. Draft at World of Beer in Naperville. Pours a pleasing pale yellow, deeply cloudy with a frothy white head. Nose is soft and gental. Lots of citrus, bready wheat, mild tart notes and some herbal notes. The yeast support the schema, adding some white pepper and fruity notes. On tasting, a touch watery, but otherwise a quite clean beer. Plenty of citrus and a nice bready quality, doughy. draft at the Publican, Chicago. splendid nose of minerals and must and layers of pungent and chalky yeast. dry body, starchy and dusty flavors of wheat, dried banana, lemon rind and herbs, turning to distinct bar soap late, growing especially unpleasant in the finish. add to that the unnecessarily high hop rate and what began as a wondrously aromatic yeast and hop experience turns chalky, soapy and bitter. deyholla (12316) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - JUN 12, 2012
Sampled from the tap at the Mundelin beer fest. Pours a milky pale gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has a nice banana note with a hint of clove and light grain backing. Strong nose of yeast and Belgian white ale spices. Some coriander wheat notes. Body is a little thin. Refreshing wit but a bit heavy on that coriander. Light sweetness with a dose of coriander that they describe as green. I'd agree with that. A little more body less spice and still crisp and this would still be really tasty. 7/3/7/3/14
