Bomber to snifter (shared by Tmoney99). Looks good; a semi-transparent orange with white head that steadily dissipates into lacing. Smells solid; hoppy with a prominent pale malt backbone that’s both a bit sweet and boozy. Tastes like it smells, but with a bit more of a tropical hop profile. Average on the palate. A solid IPA. 22oz bottle, thanks to tmoney99. Mostly clear orange amber color. Thin off-white head, loose bits of lace. Spicy toasty malt in the nose. Kind of a toasty piney hop flavor. Moderate to bigger bitter taste. Medium body. Smooth, lightly soft lighter carbonation. Very dry finish. Solid, enjoyable, smooth and easy drinking sort of spicy lighter IPA. jtclockwork (17284) - , New Jersey, USA - APR 14, 2014
Bottle shared at John’s house. Pours orange gold with white head. Nose/taste of orange peel, caramel malt, citrus and pine. Soft carbonation. Lighter medium body. Doghair (464) - Illinois, USA - APR 2, 2014
Nose is mildly hoppy.
Taste is citrusy up front with some malt and a bitter finish. Nothing stands out. Ok teloiv (8) - - MAR 30, 2014 does not count
Had this on draft over the weekend. Cloudy orange color. Lite on the hops taste yet very refreshing and very smooth on the palate. This is one I would defiantly get again and again.

22oz bottle pours cloudy toasted red orange with a finger of head. Nose is soft faint citrus. Taste is weird bubblegum, buttery, vegetal pine. Finish is creamy bitter buttery herbs. Not good. TheArgoPirate (162) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - MAR 9, 2014
Pours a slightly hazy golden with limited white head that mostly dissipates quickly. Light grapefruit aroma. Taste is light caramel maltiness with grapefruit, grassy and piney bitter hops. Decent IPA.

A: Really nice copper, thick foamy two finger head. Nice lacing.
S: Can’t really tell what I am smelling in this one. I get bready notes with the smell of the carbonation. Some caramel and pine.
T: Toasty bready malt backbone with some caramel sweetness. Not much in the taste of hops
M: A little thin but not a lot of sweetness and easy to drink.
O: This was just okay for me in the bottle, however I remember really liking this much much better on draft. Narnad (1521) - Crystal Lake, Illinois, USA - MAR 2, 2014
Pours a clean orange color with a low, foamy, white head that quickly fades. Aroma has a strong citrus nose with light pine notes. Some light sweetness from the grain bill but the hops definitely dominates this brew. Flavor has a strong pine flavor up front with a modest/strong grapefruity kick following it. The malt and alcohol stays in the background keeping it a bit more dryer which is extremely welcomed by this rater. The body is perfect with a light body paired with sharp carbonation and pronounced dryness that compliments the pine/grapefruity character of the beer well. With the low alcohol and low sweetness it puts the focus on the hops and prevents a cloying sweetness or grain alcohol extracted hops flavor some recent IPAs exhibit. The bitterness in this brew is perfect. Overall a new go to beer for this rater. Dogbrick (13789) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - JAN 23, 2014
Sample at Hopleaf. The beer is a cloudy orange-gold color with a medium white head that diminishes gradually. Small patches of lacing. Aroma of tropical fruit, hops and malt. Medium-bodied with flavors of grapefruit, hops and toasted malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a citrusy hops aftertaste. Decent overall.
