Fairly dark, no head. Aroma is citric and a bit dank. Big hops in the finish, quite bitter. akoeninger (777) - Wisconsin, USA - AUG 20, 2014
On tap at Tipsy Cow. Pale orange color with white head and fair amount of lacing. Massive pineapple, tropical fruit aroma. This is one juicy ipa! Various fruit, and citrus but all well actuated by malt sweetness. But if a bitter kick in the finish. Medium body. Very good for a fruity ipa.

Not a west coast ipa. Not as happy as promoted. A bit carbonated. Good but not bitter. Only somewhat floral. dwm1034 (786) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JUN 3, 2014
DRAFT at SWK in Chicago. Pours a foggy orange; thick head. Nose is grapefruit with some sweeter hints. Initial taste is a bitter edge on a full mouthed feel. Finish is bitter and lingering. Tasty / good addition to the IPA family.

Draft at Bfield. Dark orange, no head. Heavy citrus aroma. Taste is more citrus, a lot of oranges and grapefruit. Very much on the dry side. Clean finish. Overall very drinkable, solid. Barnoloid (386) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - MAY 4, 2014
Heavy citrus feel with this IPA. Pours a vibrant amber/orange color with a creamy head. The citrus notes dominate throughout here, with a lingering lemon/grapefruit tang and bitterness. A swathe of sweetness keeps this in check. A solid offering from Solemn Oath. . beersearcher (2383) - Glendale, California, USA - OCT 21, 2013
The initial aroma is fantastic. Big fruit punch notes. After it warms a little, that big notes fades into a more pedestrian but really good IPA. If I could bottle that first aroma though. Christpuncher (3215) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - OCT 4, 2013
A really smooth ipa. Very citrusy and not very hoppy. Pours very light in color. Smells hoppy.

On tap at the annual Chicago Beer Society’s picnic, and self served to a clear, plastic shaker showing a hazed, orangy gold color, with a decent head of off white/creamy foam. The nose was pine, expressive citrus as grapefruit, and some tropical fruit notes. Lightly sweet, with a lingering, earthy, rindy bitterness, coupled with some grapefruity astringency. Came off a bit harsh to me, but not a bad IPA.
