Greece’s hottest contract brewers unite to provide a fresh take on the beloved New England IPA style, first time brewed on Greek soil. A juicy, fruity, murky, hop forward NEIPA, brewed with serious amounts of oats, hopped only during whirlpool (hence the name) with Vic Secret and dry hopped with Galaxy.

From tap at The Hoppy Pub, Thessaloniki. Hazy golden yellow color with a white head. Aroma is malty and grassy - piney. Taste wise there is mostly a long bitter aftertaste. Flavor is predominately sweet malts and a generic citrusy/tropical tone. Medium body and soft carbonation.

400ml x 2 draught, outdoor at Brick’s ... Your Cretan Beerhouse. Slowly fading white head over a cloudy, grey-golden body. Clingy lacing. Inviting hop fruity nose of tropical fruits. Succulent taste of juicy hops, lots of orange and peaches. Wheat-like backbone. Smooth bitter fruity end. Super refreshing and well built. Enjoyed under the Cretan sun in friendly company with Jon Gunnar, Ann-Rita and Eivind Arne (Rethymnon 12.06.2017).

tap at bricks. hazy unclear yelloe with a large creamy head very nice hoppy aroma. pine and a little exotic fruits. flavor is crisp spicy hoppy bitterness almost creamy texture. perhaps a little wheat malts have been used. some yesty notes that almost reminds me of saison yeast. refreshing and quenching beer.

sokinsilihok (20) - Atnens, GREECE - JUN 2, 2017
Pale with a muddy haze, amlost green from the hopblast. Aggresive fresh hops taste, give an aunwanted bitterrness for the true style, Hopheads will fall in love, although as a NE IPA iit should be less agressive. Hops Hops Hops everywhere.

panzo (13) - Athens, GREECE - MAY 31, 2017

I think this is the first commercial neipa in greece and hence a great attempt. Hazy with great taste and aroma, maybe a bit too harsh & bitter for the style but a great pint nonetheless. Another installment to a great satyr brews lineup

Mudd-hazy as the style requires. Passion fruit, mango and grape fruit. Quite bitter with pine and as such maybe not quite in the NE ipa style. But not bad
