jmgreenuk (9459) - Kuala Lumpur, MALAYSIA - OCT 31, 2015
Gravity cask at the Birmingham CAMRA Beer Festival 2015. Poured a clear dark brown with a round light tan head. The aroma is light roasty malt, light creamy caramel. The flavour is smoky roast, light liqourice with a light watery roast, light coffee palate. Light bodied with soft carbonation. Not the worst mild in the world but far from being the best.

Gravicask (CWAF2013, Thurs)
Very burnt aroma, too much so for Anna. At the other end, the finish was very nicely roasted, though. In the middle, a pleasant chocolatiness, but definitely very roasted. Black, with a beige head.
