Mildes Bier mit wenig Charakter. Runder Geschmack, wenig spritzig. Der Mais sticht nicht hervor.

golden colour, nice head, deep herbal aroma, sweet and full-bodied, the finish is slightly dry but a little bit heavy, oily and disgusting - unbalanced

I took this bottle directly at the brewery. I drank it in Lausanne. It is an average beer, not bad, better than the lager. The taste is sweet, corn, few hop, a bit watery, average carbonation, white foam.

Bottled, thanks Bov! Clear golden, airy head. Light buttery popcorn aroma. Medium sweet with rounded mouthfeel and medium body. Mild and fruity. Some late bitterness. Not an attention grabber.

Erzengel (8041) - Wuppertal, GERMANY - SEP 17, 2015
Süßlich mildes Bier. Typische Maisaromen, dennoch deutliche Herbe. Süßer süffiger Körper, würzig, komisch süßlich, moderat bis penetrant herb im Nachgeschmack. Unrund, aber dennoch sortentypisch mit Maisaromen. Nicht mein ding aber gut gemacht!

Bottled 50cl. Pale golden. The nose is of wax, stale hops, corn and malt. Mediocre taste with some hops showing up. Not that bad... better than expected. Rather refreshing.
