COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Bottle. A pretty boring Weizen with little yeast flavours and some off metallic tastes. Still some of the characteristics, but also burnt (!). Weird.

Deutlich bananiger Antrunk. Hefig herb, leicht erhöhte Karbonisierung. Spritzig, herber werdend, insgesamt zum Ende harmonischer. Okay. 10/9/9/9/8/9

Erzengel (8619) - Wuppertal, GERMANY - SEP 26, 2015
Smooth malty Weizen beginning. The yeast is not too fruity, more clove than banana. Moderate bitterness, fresh, but not too deep. Nice yeast, fresh with hints of bitterness in aftertaste. Smooth and round, hints of sweetness. Nice but the yeast-profile could be a bit more complex.

pivnizub (10565) - Bochum, Porúří, GERMANY - JUL 13, 2011
Bottle (thanx to Q.-D.!): Hazy, golden, small - slowly collapsing - off-white layer, sourish-wheaty-dusty nose; sourish-bitter flavour, light bodied, tart; shy sourish-bitter and wheaty finish. Not that good......

MoritzF (9851) - Ottobrunn, GERMANY - JUN 16, 2011
(bottle, courtesy by Quack-Duck) Hazy, golden colour with a medium-sized frothy white head. Sweet wheaty aroma with notes of bubblegum and a rather restrained fruit-character, except for some notes of banana. Sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light bodied with a moderate carbonation. Wheat-malty and yeasty taste with phenolic spices and shy fruity notes; moderately sweet and wheaty finish with slightly spicy notes. So là-là. 15.VII.11

Quack-Duck (9484) - Down South, GERMANY - MAR 30, 2011
bottle from Blaser Kreuzlingen. Cloudy pale yellow, mid-sized white head. Very wheaty, not very fruity, no banana here, grassy hops in the lingering finish.

rand (1700) - SWITZERLAND - OCT 21, 2010
Bottle 50 cl from 3 Sinne in Steffisburg (CH). Blonde brass veiled with compact and sticky white foam. Aromas of clove, banana-yeast. Beer soft and fruity wheat, note of lemon, without bitterness. With keys of gum and lactic, it has a rather long finish, smooth, soft and fresh.

shrubber85 (11324) - Greenville, Indiana, USA - JUL 24, 2010
Bottle. Sweet banana, orange, clove, and wheat malt aroma. Cloudy orange-yellow color with moderate head. Slightly sweet lemon peel, light banana, clove and wheat malt flavor. Watery body. Okay but flavor and body are way too light.

bierkoning (13218) - La Tropica, NETHERLANDS - JUL 19, 2010
Bottle from Shrubber85, thanks! Pinkish blonde, cloudy. rather flat aroma with only a hint of citrus. Wheaty flavor with a hint of citus. Thin. Hint of milk in the aftertaste.
