COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A superb example of an American Pale Ale. The Cascade hop flavor just explodes in your mouth. Combined with the clean malt character and smooth finish, you are left utterly wanting another when your glass is empty.

Pours a light golden yellow with a small white head. Flavors of bubble gum and slight hops. Great balance of hops and malt, yet nothing too special in that.

Floral, pine, and citrus aroma. Amber with off-white head...carbonated. Flavour is same as aroma with mild caramel and sour fruit. Carbonated with lasting bitterness.

Draft. Unclear dark burnt orange. Things aren’t quite coming together here. Jumbled. Hops don’t showcase well. Ok

argo0 (14127) - Washington DC, USA - FEB 24, 2003
Clear light amber, small off-white head. Aroma is mild grapefruit, some sweetness and malt. Mild grapefruit, ok malts, not much else. Pretty accessible, pleasant enough.

Pours with a white three-fingered head, fades slowly and leaves a good lace. Medium carbonation and body. Orange-amber color, not completely clear. Very citrusy hoppy nose. Starts slightly sweet but hoppy and finishes citrusy with a bite. Surprisingly good flavor after being frozen solid.

Thanks to Ethan for sharing this one at Pre-Sex. Admittedly, this beer was up against a tremendous amount of competition. But it still came across as average in almost every way. Faint amber pour, with medium carbonation, medium hops, medium malts, and, well, just medium. Inoffensive but unmemorable.
