COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A superb example of an American Pale Ale. The Cascade hop flavor just explodes in your mouth. Combined with the clean malt character and smooth finish, you are left utterly wanting another when your glass is empty.

Clear amber color/ rocky white head. Mild plastic smell with floral hops. light/ medium body. decent tangy floral hop flavors on a lightly sweet pale malt base, mild fungal infection.

Pale golden pour. Hops are a little bit oxidized and cheesy. Slightly hoppy with a touch of pale malt on the back. Soft earthiness… a bit of an odd duck.

On tap at Pizza Port Real Ale Festival. Clear gold, almost no head at all. Seemed a bit flat, not much going on in the flavor dept here.

Cloudy copper color with a frothy white head. Slight hops in the aroma, but nothing too dominant. Bitter, dry hops in the taste. Kind of different. Nothing jumped out at me about this beer. It’s OK, but thanks Jeremy (jgb9348) for bringing this to me.

smcolw (617) - Boston, Massachusetts, USA - MAY 9, 2009
Clear light amber appearance. Thin head of foam that leaves a very light lace. The aroma is decent: the malt and hop are well balanced, nice bouquet, probably dry hopped. A higher level of oily-alcohol than expected. The malt dies quickly on the initial taste then the hop starts soft and builds to the predominant flavor in the aftertaste. Astringent and dry, this is a tasty beer but not very complex. The flavors are fairly two dimensional.

Ungstrup (38382) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - OCT 17, 2011
Bottled. A hazy dark golden beer with a lazing orangey head. The aroma has notes of fruits, malt, yeast, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, malt, and yeast.

Bottle:   Heavy orangish, thick and hazy, HUGE frothy off-white head (infected maybe?), with nice lacing.   Powdered sugar on the nose, slight citrus and hops.   Wondering if this one is broken.   Yeah, big time powdery sugar and stuff on the tongue.   Has this fake powdery hop flavor that seems to come from beers that have broken down or that are infected.   Was really looking forward to this one.   Will rerate eventually as this is not what was intended.   Bottling issues?   Thanks for the bottle Kevin!

(22oz bottle thanks to bu11zeye) clear light gold, lasting thick offwhite bubbles. Nose of artificial sweetener, saccharin, very sweet, sweaty. Taste Of sour?, tart fruit, weird, fairly sweet, Sugary. Well carbonated and odd.
