bottle on RBSG’10 bus - hazy yellow, some cocoa buter. strange sour (almost like a lacto infection?). strange carbonation mouthfeel.

Bottle. Thanks to Daknole for the hookup. Pours a hazy yellow with a foamy head. Flavor is initially sweet and slightly malty, followed by a strong astringent citrus note. Kind of reminds me of those hard candys with the fizzy baking soda stuff in the middle. Interesting beer, lots of things going on here.

Served from a bottle that a nice person drop off for Mike at the OTM Tasting bar. The appearance is a creamy looking frosted yellow with s fluffy white head. The aromas quickly show the white chocolate from the mane, loads of it with an almost bready backing. The flavors follow with a rich white chocolate, a touch of bread. The white chocolate comes through nice in the beer, very creamy and smooth. A nice little treat. I think the base beer would of been better suited taste wise with a darker beer but that might over power the lightness of white chocolate. A nice treat, thanks Mike.

(22oz bottle thanks to jkwalking05). Pours a hazy light gold with white fizzy head. Aroma has what I can best describe as white chocolate. Flavor has light chocolate as well. Mouth feel is light body with high carbonation. Overall, a very interesting brew, I would love to try again for a better perspective.

Bottle, thanks to some mystery person on the RBSG bus.Nose is lemon, spice, chalk, pineapple, white pepper. Flavours of white peppper, chocolate, vanilla, lemons. Tight and spicy, almost slightly medicinal. Different, I’ll give it that.

Great chocolate aroma. Flavor was more sour than I expected -- almost French Saison style. Good head retention. I liked this beer for it’s flavor but was disappointed in its lack of chocolate flavor as advertised. I would drink this again.

22 oz bottle.
Clear yellow with a thick fluffy white head, great retention, sticky lace.
Aroma is chocolate, chocolate, chocoate. A little bit of dough hanging out underneath gives it that just-out-of-the-oven cookie feel. A slight touch of yeast appears with agitation.
Flavor is vanilla ice cream with Hershey kiss white chocolate sprinkled on top, but there is an underlying wheaty character that gives it some drieness and balances it out.
De-freekin-licious

(22 oz bottle). Pours hazy yellow with white head. Aroma is of chocolate!. Taste is sweet with some hopiness. Finish is bitter with some yeastiness. Interesting brew, but I can only drink a few sips. Chocolate flavor is well done and intense.

(22oz bottle thanks to jkwalking05) clear pale yellow with nice thick ring of bubbles. Nose of white chocolate and butterscotch. Taste of white chocolate, kaopectate (a chalky, gritty diarrhea medicine for those who don’t remember), milk of magnesia, medicinal with lightly carbonated body. What a weird beer.
