22oz bottle provided by Jale at Jackie O’s. Thanks for the Arizona tick and a unique beer. This beer just sounds terrible and if not for the Arizona tick I wouldn’t have tried it. However, this is an amazing surprise...Gusher warning. Pops with lots of thin foamy white head, light off white poor lacing. A lightly clear gold, not much to look at...The aroma is terrible, skunky, fake, as generic as it sounds. No hope for this at all...The taste is amazing. Its not amazing great or highly drinkable but it tastes EXACTLY like white chocolate. This is a very skillfully crafted beer. Its dominated by white chocolate, nothing else comes through, but luckily its not so sweet you can’t drink.
If you like white chocolate and sweeter beers by all means give this a shot. Not close to being a great beer, but worth trying. Headbanger (3999) - Aurora, Illinois, USA - DEC 29, 2012

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a small white head on it. Nose has a lot of cocoa in it, with some hints of light cream underneath. Tastes like cocoa in beer, and while I like the parts, the whole isn’t working for me. Bockyhorsey (2628) - Mesa, Arizona, USA - JUN 29, 2008
Sampled at Hellbilly’s Hellraiser II Courtesy of superdave70. Vanilla aroma stood out. Yellow body color. Flavors of burnt chocolate, hazelnut and starbucks vanilla coffee. Thanks Dave. kramer (6682) - Sunbury, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 16, 2008
1 L bottle, via FlacoAlto. Poured a slightly hazy gold body with a small fizzy white head. The nose is really quite uncanny in it’s similarity to a real bar of white chocolate. There’s a bit of yeastiness and a pale maltiness. The flavor up front is more like a Golden Ale than anything, slight maltiness and a light hoppiness. The late finish really brings out the chocolate flavor though. The quality of the chocolate was similar to those Dove candy bars, where there’s that little bit of extra milky creaminess. Light bodied with light fizzy carbonation. Overall, a pretty interesting experiment if nothing else! Beerlando (3342) - Orlando, Florida, USA - OCT 21, 2008
1 liter cobalt blue swingtop bottle, graciously gifted to me by FlacoAlto. Pours a hazy golden straw color with a foamy, off-white head. Soapy sheets of lacing mostly rejoin the body. The aroma is unlike any that I’ve ever encountered before. The base shows like a Belgian Wit, lightly grainy with a slightly sour, lemony presence. From there, it turns biscuity, with notes of cookie dough and a distinct white chocolate glaze. The flavor follows that same path, dry and crisp from the wheat base, with a touch of tart citrus and lightly sweet biscuity notes. Light on palate, with a fizzy carbonation, this could easily be an enjoyable summertime session brew. Very interesting beer. It didn’t wow me, but I’m glad to have tried something so different. In short: A unusual white chocolate beer that goes far beyond white chocolate. Weird, very unique
How: Bottle 1L, sent my way as a bonus(!) by hellbilly. Thanks a lot Joshua
The look: Cloudy golden-yellow body topped by a large white head with low retention
In long: Intriguing and almost offsetting nose of band-aid, herbs and vanilla beans. Surprisingly little white chocolate on the nose although very present in the taste. Taste starts with some weird fluffy yeasty notes, almost funky, hard to describe. Then a scoop of vanilla ice-cream, some band-aid. Rather grassy. Medium acidity coming out of nowhere. After-taste surprised me with lots of white chocolate going down my throat. Fluffy body, tickling carbonation. I actually liked that weird beer. I don’t think I would had liked it if there was more beers like this but this one takes many extra points for originality. With all those black chocolate stouts it’s about time someone does a white chocolate one. White power!!!
