From a 22 oz bottle shared in Tucson AZ. Pours a clear a hazy gold with an off white head. Aroma of white chocolate bark. Creamy hazlenut flavor with some biscuit notes Quite pleasant. maley1 (1301) - Calgary, CANADA - FEB 21, 2014
Slightly hazy golden pour with small white head. Aroma of wheat, vanilla and white chocolate. Taste of white chocolate, wheat, vanilla and very faint citrus. Medium carbonation, medium bodied. I love white chocolate so I really enjoyed this unique beer. bhensonb (15985) - Woodland, California, USA - MAR 12, 2015
Brewed at The Phoenix Ale Brewery. My first bottle exploded, so got another and fridged it immediately. Still has quite a poof on opening. Monster off-white foamy head which relaxes to a very hazy, somewhat dirty gold. Aroma on deep inhale actually suggests white chocolate. Med body or so. Quite carbonated. Flavor is essentially chocolate - and it’s not the dark thing. Not cocoa. But apparently cocoa butter is considered to be chocolate. Interesting stuff. This beers only lacking characteristic is its appearance. Wonderful flavor and aroma of chocolate bit smoother than a stout. It keeps that beer undertone in both aspects a swell. Sparky (2244) - Phoenix, Arizona, USA - MAY 27, 2008
Sampled at Hellbilly’s Hellraiser II. Flip top bottle courtesy of SuperDave. Pours a semi-hazy honey gold with minimal white head. Nose is vanilla, coffee and hazelnut. Palate is hazelnut upfront with cocoa butter and vanilla in the finish. Pretty sweet brew that would be good for a nightcap. Interesting beer – thanks for sharing Dave.

Thanks hellbilly for the extra. Pours a light mildly hazy yellow with a two finger frothy white head. The nose is very interesting and touts what it claims, white chocolate, sweet, cherry almond, earthy. The flavor was sweet and showed lots of white chocolate, mild crisp bite. The palate is crisp and sweet. Very interesting brew. riversideAK (6265) - Shoreline, Washington, USA - MAR 16, 2009
Bottle from hellbilly. Thanks man! The aroma is an interesting mix of soft white chocolate, almonds, and dusty yeast. Hazy light orange yellow pour with a big fizzy head that settles to a ring. Flavors of white chocolate, vanilla, and dusty yeast. Super interesting. Very lively carbonation on top of a thin body give it a little soda effect, but not in a bad extract syrup fruit or flavored beer kind of way. Mora2000 (6158) - McKinney, Texas, USA - JAN 13, 2010
Beer poured a semi-dark yellow color, but much lighter than I was expecting. I don’t know why, but when I read chocolate on the label I was thinking this would be a porter or stout.
The smell is like hot chocolate. The label says white chocolate and it definitely smells like milk chocolate.
The beer also tastes like cooled down hot chocolate. While that sounds bad, the beer is actually very tasty.
I have read that this beer is hit or miss on quality control, but mine was definitely a hit. I would recommend it to anyone. BMan1113VR (7930) - Los Angeles, California, USA - JUN 19, 2010
Bottle thanks to jkwalking05. Pours with a large white head over a hazed golden body. Aroma of milk chocolate, vanilla bean and cocoa. Taste is cream soda, lots of vanilla bean and some cola notes. Lively bubbles. Interesting! SphinxTX (2878) - Mata Gorda, Texas, USA - AUG 29, 2010
(22oz bottle thanks to jkwalking05). Pours a hazy light gold with white fizzy head. Aroma has what I can best describe as white chocolate. Flavor has light chocolate as well. Mouth feel is light body with high carbonation. Overall, a very interesting brew, I would love to try again for a better perspective.
