UPDATED: JAN 10, 2018 Draft. It poured gold with a thin white lace ring. The aroma is chocolate and malty. Very smooth.

From a 22 oz bottle stating: Brewed and bottled for the Sonoran Brewing Co by the Phoenix Ale Brewery, Phoenix, AZ. Poured into a New Belgium stem glass; Pours light gold with head and lace. Aroma of white chocolate and amber malts. Medium carbonation and mouthfeel. Flavors of white chocolate, cream soda, vanilla, grains. I had this brew at least once before, possibly from a different brewer, around 2006, from the cool retail store in the middle of the south Arizona desert near Organ Pipe Cactus Nat’l Park. It was unique and tasty then, and remains so today.

Bottle sample at Beer Study bottle share in Durham as WHT CHCLT Ale. hazy golden yellow color. Aroma really is white chocolate. Taste is a bit more cocoa and medicine.

Pint at Casey Moore’s Oyster House, listed as something like "Sonoran White Chocolate Ale". Clear golden appearance with a dissipating white head. Aroma of flavor of big chocolate, vanilla, toasted coconut, wheat and a touch of peppermint. Light to medium body with a sweet finish. OK.

pinkzambia (2111) - Boise, Idaho, USA - NOV 10, 2016
Bottle: Cloudy gold with a serious chocolate aroma and all hot chocolate sweetness in the taste. Disgusting.

UPDATED: SEP 9, 2016 This one one of the best beers I have ever had. It was different and delicious. Layers of white chocolate all through it.

mcberko (19812) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUL 26, 2016
On tap at Phoenix Ale Brewery, pours a cloudy golden with a medium white head. Aroma brings out pure white chocolate upfront, not much else. Flavour is along the same lines, with semi-sweet white chocolate notes and a subtle soft pillow wheat base. Nice gimmick beer - works pretty well.

A deep, rich aroma leads into a light bubbly head, followed by a heavy white chocolate malt body. Savory finish. Better dessert than a candy bar.

Bottle, thanks to Misterburd. Pours cloudy golden yellow with small off-white foamy head, chocolate malt aroma, high carbonation, lightly bitter, strong white chocolate taste, thin body, long chocolate finish. Very strange feeling, it’s also a bit heavy.

olio (10673) - Tampere, FINLAND - APR 29, 2016
65 cl bottle. BBE 25.06.2016.
Pours hazy golden color with a small head. Lots of white chocolate on the nose, mild hops, malty notes, earthy. Bitter malt on the flavor, white chocolate, spice notes and faint wood. Quite mellow flavor compared to the nice aroma.
