4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
Exactly what a sessionable IPA should be, if there is such a thing. Pleasant nose from the dry hopped cascade hops. Immediate fore tongue bitterness fades to a coniferous finish. Just enough alcohol/sweetness to balance the IBU’s

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Draft at the brewpub, Sault Ste. Marie. Hazy orange-brown body, medium clumping cream head. Hoppy, rindy nose; toasty and earthy. Herbal, grassy, leafy, bitter body backed by toast and light berries, in addition to pine and wacky tobacky. Medium-bodied. Pleasant.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
16oz pint at brewery. Pours an amberish red with a nice beige head. Aroma of malt and hops. Taste the same with a bit more hops. This medium bodied brew is well balanced and goes down easy.
