Amber body, nice beige head. Sweet fig fruit, tabacco, dried flowers. Quite traditional in the good sense. Taste is a little bland though, unimpressive. It’s a good start but inevitably fails for me. (33cl bottle from Prik&Tik Leuven)

I’m a real blondes-digger, but this ’amber’ is very delicious. I love the complexity and robust palate. Can’t wait to meet her blonde sister?

Very good beer, I’m not a hobbyist but this beer is something I would get in house to give to guests.

Good palate, really brings out a complex flavour with a hint of caramel sweetness. One of the best amber beers i have ever had

Nice locally brewed beer that is multi-layered in flavours and aromas. Has a lovely caramel/fruity aftertaste.

Marvelous beer! One of the best beers ever brewed in my opinion. Don’t know very much about brewing but boy, this man sure knows how to brew an exquisite beer!

Marvellous beer. Complex aroma with notes of caramel and vanilla. With every sip you experience the craftmanship which was put into this extraordinary beer. That’s what I would call "the spirit of Soorske", a legend in his own right.

Sample. Dark orange medium head. Aroma, caramel, malt, cookie, floral, fruity. Taste is the same sweet with quite some bitterness. Nice one

oh6gdx (26487) - Vasa, FINLAND - OCT 12, 2016
Bottled. Deep amber colour with a mediumsized creamy white head, that leaves good lace. Aroma is caramel malts, some biscuits as well as some mild floral and spiced notes. Flavour is quite crisp maltiness along with some slight metal, floral and grassy notes. Finishes with a bitter, but quite herbal tone to it.

Bottle shared. Hazy brown with a medium cream head. Aroma of orange peel, soluble vitamin c tablets, malt and caramel. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. [12-07-2016]
