COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is a very innovative beer crafted with the latest american hops types. Technically it’s an ALE (High Fermentation). It’s a cloudy (due to the use also of wheat malt) dark orange beer under a long lasting and creamy pale beige foam. This is really fine and persistent due to a soft carbonation. We have choosen a very complex malt recipe to create the right frame for the hopping. This frame enhance the freshness and the aroma of peaches apricots and also rose grapefruits What will be really amazing and for sure will surprise you is the aroma that you will perceive already from distance: citrus, rose grapefruit, mango, just to mention some sensations. The drink is also dominated by the hopping. Strong bitterness (about 80 IBU) without being aggressive and with notes of bitter orange. Still in the mouth you’ll continue perceiving mango, pink grapefruit and peaches rounding the bitterness.. This is not a classic beer.. This is a piece of art that you’ll hardly forget!

Amber with an average pale beige head and serene sparkling. Malted aroma, fruity softly with apricot, grapefruit, caramel. The taste is more bitter, with tones of citrus, grapefruit, bloody orange, honey and peach/apricot. Creamy texture, classic IPA, nothing special, ma bello.

Bottle picked up in Zurich (forgot where) Switzerland, consumed outside Frank (Camper) whilst making home made burgers at Fischers Fritz Camping, Kirchner, Nr Zurich, Saturday 25th June 2016. Pours hazy orange gold/mid amber with a mid sized steady white head. A little bit dry, fruity in the mouth with a little bittersweet grapefruit. This is a fine IPA, it’s not exciting but it’s decent enough. A7 A3 T7 P3 Ov14 3.4

330 ml bottle. L6. BB Gen/17. From anstei. Thanks Andreas!
Slightly cloudy bright orangey golden color with a small to mid-size white head. Floral and sweet fruity hops, mild bitterness, some sweetness, some dryness and maltiness in the aroma. Not bad. The flavor is piney and resiny hops, moderate bitterness, dryness and grainy maltiness. A bit harsh bitterness. Dry.

SinH4 (6124) - Garching b. M?nchen, GERMANY - MAR 29, 2016
Bottle, courtesy of anstei. Orange color with creamy white head. Aroma is resinous hops, a bit of a caramely maltiness, not too fruity, but there is peach and grapefruit there. Taste is light caramel, resins, bitter finish, with light fruity notes as well, pink grapefruit and peaches. Bov describes the mouthfeel accurately with the term "velvety", Sottobisio really does a nice job at achieving this texture, but besides that, it’s a fairly standard Swiss IPA, leaning more towards the old world style. Not a bad one, though!
