4.5 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Serving: from bottle--purchased at Sound Brewery.
Aroma: moderate apple aroma.
Appearance: very small, frothy, white, initial head with no lacing and fully diminishing longevity. Clear, light-amber body.
Taste: over-ripe fruit initial flavor and lightly sweet, apple-like finish with short duration.
Palate: medium-bodied with dry texture and soft carbonation.
Overall: excellent. Unique flavor and easy to drink.
Clear golden with a white head. Lovely spice and floral aroma. Medium bodied. Starts fresh bright fruit, spicy yeast, light biscuit malt, and crisp hops. Finish is crisp and spicy. A very nice tripel. snoworsummer (5959) - baltimore, Maryland, USA - SEP 7, 2016
Draft at the brewery. Pours clear gold with a creamy white head. Tastes like smooth booze, banana, grapefruit hops, lemon, and a hint of herb. Light/medium body and low carbonation. Smells like smooth booze, lemon, banana, grapefruit hops, and herbs. monk191 (2023) - Portland, Oregon, USA - AUG 21, 2016

Bomber. A very peachy yeast flavor but accompanied by strong fusel alcohol and sweetness. Doable for me but still sweet. asheft (3108) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - MAR 21, 2016
On tap at Gnarly Barley. Herbal aroma with some light black pepper and sweet pilsner malt. Hazy gold under a thin white collar. Slightly tangy and slightly sweet, but not sugary, flavour with banana and papaya esters and week pepper phenolics. Medium light body, medium high carbonation.

Rating #1450 - 22.01.2015 - Bottle from CBI. Pours a cloudy golden colour, with a frothy white foam. Aroma is yeasty, spiced with coriander, light citrus.
Hop presence is bold, complex, alcohol is well tempered but omnipresent. Great measures of sweet confectioner’s sugar, citrus, bitterness, and texture. A world-class Tripel. jkwood04 (5463) - Connecticut, USA - JUL 27, 2015
22oz bottle in a tulip. Pours deep golden with a white head. Aroma of spicy yeast, some light banana and clove, some pale and caramel malts, and some weird light fruits. Flavor the same. Average texture. Not the best tripel. TimE (6069) - Tokyo, JAPAN - JUN 20, 2015
Golden amber color. Bready fruity marmalade nose with very american take on a Belgian triple but I do appreciate its uniqueness. Full body and boozy. For an American triple it is pretty good, but not my favorite. patricks110 (2555) - Alberta, CANADA - FEB 1, 2015
Not my style of tripel. Pours a dark straw with a finger of dense off white head. The aroma is strong with yeast and spices. Lightly floral and spiced with cloves and coriander. Toasted bread malts and caramel sweetness up front with floral notes throughout. Light peppery hops and an earthy yeast flavour. Overall the finish is boozy and a bit bitter. Just an odd showing stylistically. joelfaber (37) - Washington, USA - JAN 30, 2015
Bottle at home. Poured cloudy orange, light head of form that disappeared quickly. Aroma is light and fruity; lots of apple and some hay. Taste is of apple and bread, slightly sweet. Medium body. Easy drinking for almost 10 percent. Enjoyable, but not earth shattering.
