Bottle shared by someone at a tasting at Sean’s, thanks! Poured a hazy creamy gold with a white heads that dissipated quickly to the edges. Aroma was full of hay, bread and grain with a backing yeast note and just a bit of spice perhaps. Flavor was sweet with grain and bread notes with a balancing yeast note. j12601 (13144) - Poughkeepsie, New York, USA - SEP 1, 2010
Had this at BCTC after the fest, back at the campsite. Pours a lightly hazed yellow with a thin white head. Soft hay and musk on the nose. Medium bodied, sweet and yeasty. Toast (but faint). Tasty with a spicy caramel sweet tartness on the finish. kramer (6905) - Sunbury, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 13, 2010
Bottle, RBWG 2010. Pours a hazy yellow gold body with a nice billowy white head. The nose is very delicate and perfumy with a nice soft maltiness below the light hoppiness. The flavor is dry, very fruity and delicate, yet complex as all get out. So light and airy I could drink this all night. Light bodied and fizzy with an airy feel and perfect soft carbonation. A phenominal beer. An exercise in subtlety and sessionability. MeadMe (1683) - Fishhawk, Florida, USA - MAY 27, 2010

Poured with a nice finger of frothy/foamy white head. Great lacing for the style. Deep golden/yellow color. Touch of hop bitterness, light yeasty sourness, some hay like aromas. Touch of sweet malt, yeasty and light bake bread flavor. Good bit of hop (earthier) bitterness in the finish. Thinner MF with nice snappy carbonation. Dry, dry finish. Hugely drinkable and refreshing. Such a low abv, but a ton of great flavors. Dry finish and refreshing yeastiness really makes this easy, but straightforward bu11zeye (13215) - Frisco (Dallas), Texas, USA - MAR 30, 2010
(22oz bottle) Pours a lightly cloudy yellow body with a medium white head. Aroma of lemon, Belgian yeast, pear, clove, delicate florals, and subtle coriander. Flavor of moderately acidic citrus, Belgian yeast, pear, some funkiness, and candi sugar with a soft mouthfeel. daknole (11402) - Scottsdale, Arizona, USA - MAR 16, 2010
Golden pour, creamy head. Aroma is yeasty and malty with a wisp of earth. Flavor is dry and yeasty with a hint of fruity sweetness. Not bad, actually quite good. goldtwins (4319) - Nesconset, New York, USA - MAR 10, 2010
The beer poured with a clear yellow appearance and a small white head. The aroma was malty with some notes of yeast and dust. The flavor was malty and bready. Sweet with a citrus component. The beer had a "wet" finish. riversideAK (6265) - Shoreline, Washington, USA - JAN 15, 2010
Soft dusty banana, straw, lemon, citrus, and light tart tangy in the aroma. Pours cloudy yellow with nice big bubbles and a frothy head. Flavors of wheat, banana, light belgian yeast, some lemon. Spicy notes in the finish. Citrus, wheat, peppery hops. Nice lively carbonation, extremely quenching. Subtle, but fantastic. Amazingly drinkable and lots of great flavors on a somewhat uninteresting beer style. Wow.
