beerbill (3616) - Laurel, New York, USA - AUG 25, 2011
On draught at the Publick House. Arrives a lightly hazed burnished gold with a thin-moderate white head that lasted through the first two sips and left light lace. Very pleasant aroma that is fruity Belgian yeast and piney hops with the fruity Belgian yeast being more dominant. The flavor begins with malt and the Belgian yeast, and is followed by a solid dose of fairly resinous pine. The pine becomes more enhanced as the beer warms. Moderate bitterness at the finish. Medium bodied. Enjoyable.
