Aroma is moderate yeasty, baking yeast, fruity, moderate to light heavy apple, white wine notes. Bottle, 2%. Buttery aroma, a little fruit, milky sweetness. Hazy pale yellow colour. No head. The flavour is fruity, sour berries and other, bigger and softer fruits. Tart and not so sweet. Southampton berlinner weiss... Pours a golden hazy light yellow brown
with a nice bubbly effervesence accompanied by a thin fluffy white
head... Q lemony wheat nose with a little skunk old sock funky
perspective... Flavorwise it fits the bill nicely when compared to the
flavor and maintains a huge lemony tart wheat perspective. Nice
prickly effervescent feel which remains completely drinkable. Not much
to say outside of it being fantasticly palatable and deserves to be
made in more volume.

Pours a cloudy lemon yellow with a nice frothy white head. Farty nose with a fairly tart citric finish. Best of this style I’ve ever sampled. SrSilliGose (3331) - pouring bus, New Brunswick, CANADA - MAY 2, 2010

Big, big thanks to Steve for this bottle, shared with the boys at the Brick Store. #121/150
Pours a bright hazy yellowish straw with a short lived white head that recedes fairly quickly leaving a tiny collar and no lacing.
The aroma is combination of light earthy funk, tart lemons and green apples. Some wet hay going on balanced by the light fruity tartness.
The taste so refreshing with a load of tart lemons and grassy notes up front. Light grains underneath with a dry funky finish.
The mouthfeel is effervescent and light bodied.
The drinkability on this one is insane. It is just so easy to drink but with more flavor and complexity than you imagine a 2% beer could ever have. A great Berliner weiss. SSKD814 (854) - Pennsylvania, USA - APR 26, 2010
HUGE thanks to Kevin for sharing this gem!
A- Body is a quite hazy, uniformly translucent pale yellow hue. Pours with a 1 finger or so soapy white head that eventually fades to a nice thick collar.
S-Nose is an excellent balance between sour lemon, yeast, and grain. Wonderful and welcoming.
T-Flavor upfront is somewhat mild with some tart lemon and a yeast balance in the background. A lactic sourness really comes through for the finish that isn’t quite a huge punch but its pretty potent.
P-Light body with very high carbonation.
O- This is a very well done, light, drinkable, berliner weisse. Can’t go wrong here with 2% ABV. The balance in the flavor profile and the nose is excellent. Its too bad this is so limited because this is a great session beer packed with flavor.
