THE Fruit Sour tasting. Thanks Jack for this rarity. Cloudy purple red beer, tiny pink head. Blackberry jam nose. Palate is crisp and dry. Sour white wine, blackberry. A little lemon. Dry finish. Its fine - not too aggressive.

Bottle courtesy of GT2, thanks! Very dark purple color, no head worth mentioning. Aroma of intense fruit. Taste is more fruit, moderately tart finish. Nice.

Bottle at The Fruit Sour Tasting, London - huge thanks to Jack for procuring this one. Pours rich ruby with a very fine, white film of a head. Lovely, fresh raspberry aroma. Light sweet flavor with clean and fresh raspberry, lots of dryness, and a well and sour character. Light bodied with average, massaging carbonation. Dry finish with plenty of tart raspberry, light salt, light acidity, a bit of lip-quiver. Great.

Bottle, 75cl corked. It pours an almost clear one, reddish dark amber to light brown in color and with a minimal sized head. The aroma is quite berryish, with some lemon notes. Lacking big time on complexity, but theres some funky notes. Its quite dry and tart, with a nice co2 level. Medium body. Berries, some oak and lemon and a funky touch in the flavor, lasting for a good while. A decent one, but rather boring. 140830

Deep red, almost purple, in color with a pinkish head. Heavy on the raspberry aroma and a nice blackberry character, too. Pleasant lactic acidity and tartness, a bit of red wine, and wood. Not too much in the way of funk. Excellent fruit flavor with the blackberry and rapsberry, a nice sourness to it, though not overly acidic. Fairly sweet from all the fruit, but a well done beer.
